Since 1989, TRAX has been providing the rural communities of Bowie, Cass, Delta, Franklin, Hopkins, Lamar, Morris, Red River, and Titus counties with accessible and affordable transportation options. TRAX is a dedicated rural public transit provider funded by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA).
