This place is great!! I have been going to this knowledge veterinarian (Dr. Cranmore) for 20 years. Not many that can top her experience and knowledge. I hope she and her great staff (Cherry and more) are still here in 20 more years!

So much experience, care and concern, great with all of our crazy domestic and exotic animals, and she's always the first to volunteer to help with charity work ♡

This is the worst vet to go to!! They are extremely rude and seem to not care about the customers or patients! They gave my puppies a shot that isn’t even meant for puppies they clearly don’t know what they are doing!! All they care about is the money and they don’t listen if you deny a test for your animal. DONT GO HERE! Also my puppies all died an hour later.

Not my typical vet as this was an emergency, but they saw me on a Saturday (thankfully) for my cat Chunky, who was very sick. I am completely lost on how to care for animals when they are ill, the staffed educated me and got my cat the medicine he needs to get him better. They ask for a follow-up with them, and their facility is well kept and clean. Amazing people! Thank you.

Be very very leery of purchasing a Kangaroo from Cathy Cranmore without demanding a blood test of the little Joey before you take it home. Last year I drove from Oregon to pick up a 6 1/2 month old kangaroo Joey from her. Within months that little boy was dead. We spent $8000 in Veterinary bills to try to keep him alive. However, the necropsy revealed he had genetic liver disease, and eventually he was going to die. I sent the pages of necropsy results along with a tactful and heartfelt letter to her and all these months later she has never sent any type of condolence, or tried to communicate in any way. I was warned after the fact that she can be rude and uncaring. And now I will add sick animals to her MO. She brags about having kangaroo Joeys available year around and it has become obvious to me it is more about the money then it is about having healthy animals and taking care of her customers. I never asked her for a thing back, but it would've been comforting to at least receive a letter or a phone call. I was told not to call her but instead send the results because at least in the Kangaroo community she has a reputation for being rude and self-righteous. This has only been solidified in my mind by her lack of communication. Wow.

Highly recommend this place. They have cared very well for our dogs and cats. Our dogs love to go there when we need to board them (it's like camp for them). They are reasonably priced, dependable and empathetic when it comes to our animals. We lost our two year old dog traumatically a couple years ago when she was hit by a car and they grieved with us and helped us in the process afterward. And they are helping us to walk through the final season with our 13 year old lab. They are good people, and we love the surroundings with the camels, zebras and kangaroos too.

Love just going there and seeing the beautiful looking animals they have in the kennels. If I need to just escape from my daily life, I love just going out and sitting on the fence line and watch and pet the beautiful exotic animals and the deer grazing across the Northeast Texas plains.
