Not my typical vet as this was an emergency, but they saw me on a Saturday (thankfully) for my cat Chunky, who was very sick. I am completely lost on how to care for animals when they are ill, the staffed educated me and got my cat the medicine he needs to get him better. They ask for a follow-up with them, and their facility is well kept and clean. Amazing people! Thank you.

Be very very leery of purchasing a Kangaroo from Cathy Cranmore without demanding a blood test of the little Joey before you take it home. Last year I drove from Oregon to pick up a 6 1/2 month old kangaroo Joey from her. Within months that little boy was dead. We spent $8000 in Veterinary bills to try to keep him alive. However, the necropsy revealed he had genetic liver disease, and eventually he was going to die. I sent the pages of necropsy results along with a tactful and heartfelt letter to her and all these months later she has never sent any type of condolence, or tried to communicate in any way. I was warned after the fact that she can be rude and uncaring. And now I will add sick animals to her MO. She brags about having kangaroo Joeys available year around and it has become obvious to me it is more about the money then it is about having healthy animals and taking care of her customers. I never asked her for a thing back, but it would've been comforting to at least receive a letter or a phone call. I was told not to call her but instead send the results because at least in the Kangaroo community she has a reputation for being rude and self-righteous. This has only been solidified in my mind by her lack of communication. Wow.

Love just going there and seeing the beautiful looking animals they have in the kennels. If I need to just escape from my daily life, I love just going out and sitting on the fence line and watch and pet the beautiful exotic animals and the deer grazing across the Northeast Texas plains.

We boarded our pet for several days there and they were kind and courtesy. Also the facility is very clean and smells fresh when you walk in.

As a truck driver, sometimes a load is not as important as your companion on the road.My little dog got into a dog fight yesterday with a German Shepherd and I was so worried of the countless possibilities and outcomes. But I am glad that I was able to bring him to this office and get him checked out. The Vet was very knowledgeable and compassionate about my Chum Chum. But if you are a truck driver coming in with your pet, please let the Vet office know so they can let know where to park. I made the mistake of pulling in with my truck. But we look forward to coming back!

She cares more about making money than about helping people or their pets. She was incredibly rude and completely cold and uncaring during our family tragedy. Told us she was closing and would not release our pets if we could not pick them up by noon. We were able to find friends in the area to pick them up and they said that the office was still taking other pets 20 minutes after her “closing” time. The way she spoke to me was unforgivable while I was trying to pay over the phone.

On a holiday weekend my dog severed a main artery in a bizarre accident. Against all odds (with a massively bleeding dog) we made it to Trilakes Vet Clinic and Dr. Cranmore was able to save her life. It was a very grim situation, but she acted swiftly and with extreme expertise. She then kept her in the clinic for 2 days monitoring her status frequently, again, on a holiday weekend!!! Dr Cranmore and her staff are all top notch. It was a team effort with an end result that left me with the most beautiful, bouncing and healthy mastiff puppy. I am so grateful and highly recommend them to all.

If there is anything actually wrong with your dog... Don't bother calling them.
