“Original reservation had a utility cart in my rental, we were called the day before our rental and told you did not have our truck. Called back and it was changed and my truck was available. However they forgot our utility cart and we rented with our phone after hours so we just had to move without it. Overall it was easy to follow app and rent truck after hours which was very convenient for us since we work. Great truck ran well no issues. Clean!”
