Customer service is terrible. They don’t want to help you with any issues unless they think they can get you to buy a new phone. One star is too much!Update: Funny thing; the store in Texarkana was able to do what this store said they couldn’t do without a phone. Proves they just wanted to sell a phone.

I have never been disappointed by the service at this store. I have shopped at this store since it opened. Tonight I had a fairly complicated problem switching over to a new phone I had bought from a friend. The online Verizon folks could not figure it out. I went to the local store, and they had the problem solved so fast. I was stressed, and they were cheerful and encouraging and so very knowledgeable! They are rockstars in my book— and this ain’t my first rodeo with them.

if i could give them a lower rating, i would. the service was horrific and bland, i'd rather get my teeth pulled than go to that store again. not everyone speaks technology and some people would just like TO USE the service we are paying for. disconnecting my 6 lines and taking it to someone who is actually willing to give me the time of day. luckily, im above calling names but it wouldn't matter anyway. the girl didn't seem interested in even giving me hers. AWFUL!!!!!!!!

They're all just trying to sell you something no matter what you're there for. I went in for a technical issue with a phone I'm still paying on and tried to sell me another phone. When that didn't work they tried to sell me another line for my tablet that I use on my Hotspot or wifi!! WTH?? SMH

I was in there yesterday due to my phone locking me out while I was asleep with a pattern. Since I never used a pattern only pin & fingerprint I couldn't get in and it was telling me after ---- attempts it would factory reset which is what Verizon told me by phone and at the Daingerfield TX office as well. The manager at the Mt Pleasant was very nice and tried to help (while trying to sell me stuff naturally) but she told me the same thing about there is nothing that can be done besides a factory reset!! Well NOBODY wants to do that, so when I got home I got on the Samsung site and went to smartthingsfind.samsung.… I signed into my Samsung account and then got this smartthingsfind.samsung.… it looks at first like your trying to locate your device but when you get logged in you get the option to lock, unlock, locate phone, etc... So if you find yourself locked out of your phone DO NOT DO or let anyone else do a FACTORY RESET!!
