With the new look, this walmart is impressive.
The people are friendly and helpful. Shout-out to the wonderful ladies I saw going out of their way to help an elderly couple who needed assistance. Without being asked, these ladies went out of their way to offer exceptional guest service, making sure the elderly couple was taken care of and safe. Great job!

The only thing good about this store is the door greeters Mrs.Pat and Mr. Morris ❤️ they are amazing. I do not understand why the music is only Spanish now ?!? I don’t mind Spanish music but why not play a mix of different languages? This store is always out of everything and the employees have no time to help you .. it’s always “just use the app” . And I will always go to Brookeshire’s or super ones at least we have all these here in town because this Walmart is awful.

literally one of the worst experiences ever
We were doing a pickup order and this guy put everything in the trunk except most items weren’t bagged! On top of that we ordered a cleaning product that was half open!! Spilled all over our trunk and my husbands shirt and pants ? they’re ruined too! Come on, Walmart do better!

I had purchased a yard product and had some trouble with it. Very hard for me handle .
Call mt.pleasant walmarts and told them my problem and Melissa quickly told me what to do. So I brought my product and they gave me my money back.
Melissa told be about a better product, so I purchase it cost a little one but am very happy with it.
So thank you wal marts and miss Melissa for your help and kindness.

I usually buy the breakfast burritos, but they had these instead. To be honest they're not good. The second one I bit into I spit out. It tasted like mold. I shared one with a friend and they disliked it. Definitely not worth the money. Everything else was exceptional, but these are not good.
