“I'm the son of an auto mechanic and usually work on my own stuff but I didn't have time to work on my car. This man makes sure you understand what's going on and checks with you before adding parts. I had a coolant leak on a 2006 Buick Lucerne and he fixed it in no time flat. Even called me first to see if I wanted the water pump changed for preventative maintenance, since it looks like the original, while he was it even though it was not the problem. Very honest and reliable. Would recommend to anyone.”

I took my VW Beetle to Take5 sometime ago and this picture attached is what they did to my drain plug. It’s rude and seems Take5 needs to retrain their employees. Eric and Gaven were so nice to help me out and fix my issue they even refilled my washier fluid. I’m not sure if they do that everywhere else but Take5 sure didn’t. I highly recommend their honesty and help. They also didn’t charge me an arm and leg to get my oil changed. Thank you guys you’ll see me again for my next oil change ☺️!!!!”

They looked the car from front to back. Told me everything was good and nothing had to be done. Now that's honest. I asked how much and he looked at me and said to have a great day.
