Unprofessional and disorganized. My husband and I came here expecting to get the help we needed to file our taxes. Unfortunately, we were very upset by the service. We were told to drop off our info and the next day we came back to pick it up. The secretary at the front desk had misplaced our paperwork. The same clipboard with our personal information was still on the clipboard available for everyone to see and possibly steal. In addition, it took her and another lady to find the filed, and completed tax preparation. Even though they apologized afterwards, this mistake could have easily been avoided.
