They deliver to wrong address all the time. They will not answer the phone at all during their posted hours of operation.

Mail is always opened, I have filed several complaints next complaint is going to be filed through the attorney general

Nice people, delivery is similar to other small towns. They try to work with you if you have something special coming in. If you have a dog running around loose on the property, you may not get delivered... that would be your fault because you are supposed to keep your dog from bothering them
