I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I went in.
Bought a socket set and didn’t realize it was metric. No biggie, walked back in, LITERALLY 5 mins later and asked to exchange it for a nonmetric. Was told, I can’t accept it back you opened it. I explained that it’s never been used, and you sold it to me five minutes ago. Owner said, sorry. I won’t take it back. NOT a way to do business. Have never felt so dismissed by a business owner in my life. Wow. Will NEVER set foot in this store again.

Same problem as everyone else - the woman behind the counter is a rude rude lady that doesn't deserve to have a job when so many good people don't have one. I apparently ruined her day by talking to her. smh. Do yourself a favour and go to Gehrig's up the street where you will get fantastic customer service.

The gal behind the register needs to work on her customer svc skills. Online it says they had my item but she said “Nope, I haven’t had a chance to replenish them after they got put away for winter” So a wasted drive to Muenster because they haven’t gotten them out even though it’s spring and every place has all their outdoor stuff out. 1st & last time I’ve been in. Try other stores in Gainesville. At least they have a helpful attitude.

I just bought a can a spray texture yesterday for posted price of 14.99 I needed another can this morning, she then tells me it's 24.99. Price on shelf is 14.99 she grabs the can and puts it back on shelf and tells me to take it up with the owner, are you stinking joking. I told her I will never buy anything from them again, I hope it's worth it!! Customer service, prices how disgusting to even call yourself a business . Zero would be my review

I expect a more knowledgeable and friendly staff but it is a good place to find hard-to-find hardware. Pricing is a bit higher than the larger retailers.

Supporting local business means something to me, family and companies. However, I refuse to be treated the way I just was. Many items I needed had no pricing marked, so I decided to ask a few questions to the employee. She immediately became annoyed, like me being there was an inconvenience. Items are meant to be priced by the bundle but they sell them be the single instead. I chose to not buy these items and continued my purchase of the items left.Upon scanning the items I needed to purchase, they came back close to DOUBLE the advertised price. I walked back to the row they came from and she immediately started saying “we gotta scan them for the price that rings up”. She said “we’ve been changing prices but we just can’t keep up.”I made it back to the desk and showed her the marked price only for her to take it a step further and yell at me. She accused me of being “hostile” and said she’s “tired of every customer giving her a hard time”. Then she offered for me to come in and help them go through tickets if I wanted to?WHEN I ASKED FOR MY RECEIPT, SHE BALLED IT UP AND THREW IT AT ME!!! ?? Needless to say, whoever is in charge of this place should definitely put up cameras and watch the attitude of this girl. She’s definitely losing you customers like myself every single day, promise. Honestly laughable she was as rude as she was. Wow!!
