I love our small town dollar general, but I do not care for Mindi. If you don’t like your job, get a new one. Today was the 2nd consecutive time I’ve been in there where you’ve been rude and tacky. You didn’t push the button for me to able to pay and then gave me attitude for it, and threw the bag at my daughter. Everyone has something going on, and it takes little effort to be a decent person.

The lady there was really nice. Aisles of clearance, none of it rang up on clearance, that's okay though.

Stopped here when visiting Meunster, TX. The store was well stocked. Seasonal items clearly on display. The clerks were very helpful with any and all inquiries. Prices are a little high for groceries but, that is expected when visiting small towns across America. Stop by and give them a good Howdy!

The sheevles look like absolutely trash and empty. Prices are wrong on items. And all the employees act like they have the worst job in the world and don't care. 10-3-2024

3-1-2024 Young lady in charge was very disrespectful to her customers! Thankfully there was a gentleman there that waited on me. I was going to just leave my basket and go until he called me to a different checkout! I have been shopping here since it opened and this was such a bad experience that I will not go back for w while.

This is a great store with a friendly helpful staff. If the floor was nasty it's because the one bitching about it dirtied it or just couldn't find anything else to bitch about

What has happened to all the polite, nice store clerk's? Clerks that help costumers and ask them how they are doing. What has happened to corporate companies in training and coaching their employees on good customer service. We seem to lost the values and importance of customer service. As if self-checkout register's wasn't enough in loosing the values of customer service. Instead of the store clerk asking how you are doing, and if they could help you find what you came into the store to buy. I find the clerk saying what are you looking for? In a rude way. Not just one day, but two days in a row. Just saying, If you don't like your job change things for yourself and please think about how you approach the customerWe come in there and spend our hard earned money. On way overly priced items. Then you want the customer to do the job you were hired to do, and check ourselves out ? Thank You, and have a wonderful Day ?

VERY NASTY STORE.DIRTY FLOORS, NO ROOM IN AISLES WITH CARTS AND CARDBOARD IN THE WAY, CAN'T FIND SELL ITEMS, ONLY ONE CASHER WITH BAD ATTITUDE.This store has been remodel back in September, but doesn't look like it. Need to do something with the staff or close the store.

Need staff that cares more about the customer and the time they have to stand in line. Only running one check out and I stood nearly ten minutes while clerk blew up balloons. I will not shop there again and I know that you don’t care but I vented my frustration.
