My grandparents were customers here since they bought our property in 1984! That's a long time. I would have been a lifetime customer too, because who doesn't need hot water, a working stove, and the ability to heat your home in the winter, right? I can remember being a young boy in elementary and going in with my grandma and watching her write out a check to pay to propane bill. I too, would have been a life long customer since I have taken over the family property and my grandmother could not live in the country alone anymore, however, the way my grandmother had been talked to at this place with rudeness over the past 10 years made me reconsider. She has left this place in tears and cried as she recapped her experience to my grandfather and I. Even today, as I personally went in to make the last payment and pay off the account, Rick was very rude and harsh. Terrible customer service goes a long way. We're all just people in this world trying to make it, and there is no need for rudeness. No wonder you guys have a 3 star and declining rating. I'm SUPER glad to have converted my entire house to electric, and if I ever need my small propane tanks to be filled, there are other towns with propane stores that employ unbiased friendly people.
