We took a fat cow to get processed and now that we are getting into eating it. It's obviously NOT our cow by the size of the cuts. Very disappointing.

Absolutely fantastic meat. Much better than the prime meat I buy from my HEB and at a much better price. I grilled the Ribeye steaks I got form the site and they were the best steaks I ever had. Made me look like I was a better cook but it was all in the meat quality. I recommend them to everyone I know.

They always do a good job procrssing our half beef from a farm in Dawson County, 2 hrs away. We appreciate them.
