“Need clearer instructions on the 3 and 4 load washers.could not tell which dispensers for soap and which for softeners...evidently I confused them. My laundry still had lots of "suds" during the extra rinse, so had to run the entire wash with nothing added to be sure the soap was washed away...made it VERY EXPENSIVE !”
