I dropped off my tractor to have the AC repaired. They had the tractor for three weeks and charged me $1600 saying they fixed the AC and recharged the system. After mowing for 2 hours it started blowing hot and their response was that I would have to drop it back off and regular fees would be charged to look at it. I feel like my money was wasted and their are other shops that treat customers better. Don’t waste your money here.

We bought A Massey Ferguson tractor the first time we delt with Smith & Sons and our circumstances changed and we traded our tractor in for a beast of a lawn mower... awesome service.

1 star is to many. Worst parts dept Ive dealt with. The young man working parts just acts like your ruining his day if you need to order something. Which brings me to the bad review .. he never ordered my part. After waiting 2 weeks, I ended up having to go to Palestine and buy from Dogwood Sales. Night and day difference. Save yourself the time and trouble and just drive to Palestine

Terrible service. Brought my tractor here to figure out what was wrong. After just driving it around the block they came to the conclusion that nothing was wrong but still proceeded to charge $350?? I understand charging for service, but $350 for wasting my diesel and figuring out nothing was wrong. Absolutely ridiculous

What horrible customer service! Took mower there for 1st full service. It took them month and a half to do it! Then I pick it up and the oil filter was not changed or the fuel filter! I marked them both because I heard they just wipe off filters and don’t change them!! Yep, I was right! Jeremy acted like I was bothering him when I showed him! Then he said he would take to the back and fix it, I said just give me filters and I would do them!! I will NEVER go back there and people should be very aware when they take things there! I recommend NOT dealing with them at all!!!

Terrible customer service. Terrible service work. Had nothing but issues. Once we finally received our mower back it was still not functioning correctly. Jeremy, one of the “sons” was nothing but disrespectful to me. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to Smith and Sons EVER.

Smith and Son's is a complete joke to the service industry. Their customer service is probably some of the most "small guy" mentality I've ever experienced. Ignorant in their "profession". Jeremy treated me with nothing but disrespect. Caught in multiple lies. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS.

Absolutely no communication from staff received machine back in worse condition than it was left in...save your time and just pay the gas to drive somewhere else TRUST ME... The shop looks like a junk yard
