To be clear neither this nor most of the locations are 24 hrs. When I first sat down to sign up, I was asked about my goals. I mentioned that I’m busy throughout the day and evening and just needed a place I could come to late at night as my schedule would allow. Not once was I told the hours. It soon became clear that the guy was just trying to sell me personal training subscriptions. I deferred but against my better judgment, signed up with the gym. Imagine my surprise when I showed up at 9 PM that same weekend to find it was closed. To add insult to injury, when I did eventually make it at a time when the facility was open and asked the guy why he never told me about their hours when I had specifically stated that I needed a place that was open late, he just shrugged and went back to talking with a lady employee. They didn’t even have their times posted when I went to sign up, only when the place was closed. Why do you still call yourselves 24 hr fitness?

I called a couple of days ago because I had a few questions about the memberships offered. I kept getting hung up on. I called again today and I got a hold of someone. He was the rudest person I've ever talked to. He sounded rushed and it felt like he didn't want to talk to me on the phone. How hard is it to have common courtesy especially if you're on the sales team and want to gain customers.

Both incline benches are inoperable! Someone is going to get seriously injured if they don’t fix these machines to where they are safe!

I've been a member of this gym for 10 years. Ever since Adam took over as General Manager the general maintenance of the gym has suffered tremendously. There are many machines that break and get the red sticker of death to be out of order indefinitely. One of the stairmasters was out of order for 14 months!!!!!There are a total of 8 showers in the mens lockerroom 6 out them were out of order now 2 have been fixed so 4/8 are working. Pretty fantastic for a gym with a memberbase of 10k + members (as mentioned by Brock Christopher in a few reviews below mine who by the way is one of the managers there). The bathrooms are always dirty with no paper towel machines installed (they used to be there, but were removed). Anytime you bring up an issue to Adam he brushes it off or ignores you.A lot of the gym lights are not working and it's a safety hazard. I wonder what will happen if all the lights go out will we workout in the dark? Maybe the gym hours will change in accordance with the rising and setting of the sun!!!This gym makes too much money and has too many members to not be properly maintained. What is the point of all the yearly maintenance fees members pay plus monthly fees not to mention $99 initiation fee? Where is all that money going? I'm an accountant for a living, but you don't have to be an accountant to do basic math. $54.11 yearly maintenance fee x (times) 10,000 members = $541,100. So what exactly is the excuse for 2 working showers in the mens bathroom? I had to wait 20 minutes the other day for an available shower as there was a line for the 2 available. I workout in the morning and was late to work as a result of this surprise.This gym is right next to my home, but after being a member for 10 years my family and I will have to switch. Enough is enough.

This gym is the worse version of club4 down the road and club4 CHEAPER per month than 24 hour. Who even goes to this gym? Nasty equipment, nasty showers, old gym aesthetics…. I could go on and on!

My wife and I joined this gym a month ago, and we're very disappointed. In December 2023, they closed the facility for days without any communications to gym members. Currently, the pool is very cloudy and closed for days. The women/men's showers have no hot water for weeks. We hope management will get this resolved soon.

The management team is really bad. The night shift employees try to find a problem to fight with the customers that are in the gym training. The manager does not care about all the complaints he has been getting from several people that are complaining on a girl named "shay". She made a problem with my son and his friends when they were training with no problems. Not only that they sent out an email saying that they are going to close for christmas and after that day they said there was a power outage. I dont understand if theyre lying or not. Not one single information was given to the people about when they will reopen. This management needs to change ASAP!!

The gym has been closed for 3 days now due to a power outage. There's no communication from anyone on what the problem is and when they expect to reopen. Phones are not working nor are they updated with any information. They need to take responsibility to let the members know. If this goes on they are going to lose my business to the gym right opposite to their location which is a lot nicer and newer gym.

Just take your money to LA, trust me.The gym has been closed with a “power outage” oddly around Christmas.I am currently in the military and come back for the holidays. I used to be a member for years prior. So I know what this gym used to be. When I do come back I get a monthly membership, to which this time I was not offered a military discount, but what the point of the gym is closed due to “power outage”.

I paid a year in advance, but hardly go there. When I go, I usually use Sauna which helps me with my sinuses. Yesterday, after many months, I went there around 6:30 AM and seems like no one is there. I called and no answer.Online and app showed they are openToday I went there again and still no one is there, no phone response or anything.Online does show updated hours for Christmas Eve, messaging I'm not looking at old schedule.At the least you could update your timings on the web and in the app.This is bad business and I need my refund.

I don't know why this gym scores so low. It has a bunch of amenities (bb court, pool, sauna, hot tub, steam room) on top of what you'd expect at a gym. And management is great!My wife and I were visiting from Seattle and came in to workout. We have a gym at home so we were ready to pay $25/day for the 2 days we were visiting. We instead were given a 3 day pass for the same price. The guy halved our cost and we didn't even ask for it... 5 stars

This gym sucks. The manager, Adam, is very nonchalant about managing the gym. They seem to worry about all the wrong things. This gym is very old and needs new machines. elliptical machines are very run down and barely operate. Hopefully someone from corporate sees this and either makes the necessary changes or gets new management.

My daughter did the free 3 month teen membership this summer. She forgot to cancel (our fault....she remembered when I got charged the annual fee) so we called to cancel immediately when we saw the charge. I was told by the guy on the phone that her membership was cancelled, he confirmed it in the system, and even though we paid for the entire next month already (plus the annual fee which was also not refundable) she was no longer allowed to use the membership effective the date I called. Fast forward to this month. I get ANOTHER charge for the monthly fee. Called and was told by Adam that they have no record of me calling on 9/15, the membership wasn't cancelled, and I should have been told to come in person and cancel or do it through the app. He then offered to cancel over the phone, told me to look out for an email confirmation (which we got this time), and said there was nothing we could do about the charge and we still had to pay for this month since there was nothing on his end to "prove" we cancelled since their employee didn't make notes. Don't get sucked into any promotions, you may never get out!!!
