Coach Reese is incredibly gentle, patient, and kind, while still encouraging my daughter to get out of her comfort zone. She always celebrates successes and gives tips to practice and improve. This place is run so smoothly, too - classes start and end on time and the facility is kept clean. Overall, my cautious kid LOVES going to swim school, which is a huge relief for me.

Definitely not a haven for sensory-sensitive kiddos — they've got a tactical snack ambush going on. All the cookies and candies are right at kid-eye level, and the moment tiny hands go for them, BAM! Parents get hit with a bill that's twice the going rate, like it's some sort of sugar ransom

Just the best swimming school ever! My girl is 3 years old, we’ve decided it’s the right time to start learning how to swim. First we went to another private coach, who scared my girl of water to death. When my girl came to Aqua-Tots she started crying bad, but coach Demi hugged her and talked to her about water and everything. They’re best friends now. They take care of kids so well! So kind and professional. The facility is super convenient for parents as well: nice chairs, a coffee machine. Restrooms and bathrooms are very clean as well. Highly recommend

My daughter’s coach is Lilly. She’s so patient and knowledgeable. I also love getting feedback after every session. That really helps us optimize each class.

Took a free trail class for my 2 year old. It was my son’s first time so thought they’d be a bit more welcoming but they called his name and just took him in without acknowledging the parent. Instructor seemed annoyed when he tried to hold on to her because he didn’t want to dip. Don’t believe these instructors are trained to work with younger kids. What did it for me is the deck instructor was holding my son down from jumping in the water using her LEGS on his shoulders in neck deep water…. I get it they need to hold the kids from jumping and she was holding him using her HANDS before understandably. Then when he got to the deeper level to sit she held him with her feet by his waist which is fine, then she moved her legs and placed it on his shoulders while laughing and talking to other people. He was struggling to get up and water was getting in his mouth because she had her legs holding him down…. I was just disappointed and disgusted. I decided to go pull him out of the class and as I was leaving one of the workers asked me why I pulled him out and I explained I wasn’t comfortable with her holding him using her legs on his shoulder. There was no accountability at all she said “well he was jumping in the water” I told her there are other methods to prevent that then doing it in neck deep water on a 2 year old and she continued to argue with me. I was really confused… she asked me and clearly didn’t care to apologize for my discomfort for that behavior. This place needs to do better. Don’t bring your younger babies here the instructor was a child herself and has clearly no skills to work with little babies and make it fun. Didn’t see her smile once at them she looked absolutely miserable.

This location changed my child's lesson time without proper notice. When I asked the front desk about why this happened, they were dismissive. After sharing my concerns, I also noticed we were no longer greeted when we came in to the school nor when we left. These same employees automatically greet everyone else, but intentionally and specially do not greet us. This is discriminatory and unprofessional.

We’ve been coming here for over 2 years and the staff they have now is the best staff we’ve seen in our 2 years. Courtney, Wren, and Amber and the most friendly and attentive employees this location has. They always make us feel welcome and are so friendly with the kids. 10/10, the kids love it here.

My two kids have been coming here for more than 2 Years, the staff is very courteous, happy, easy going. I love coming here and I would not send my kids anywhere else. During COVID they follow all procedures to ensure all the staff and customers are safe. They still continue to enforce all the precautions daily. Give them a call your kiddos will be in great hands.

Have been bringing grandson for lessons for the past 9 months. Today did make-up with Coach Faith and it was a waste of time.he is in level 3. Most of the time she sat on step and played with the other girl in the class. She ended class early and after talking to families she went and stood in showers talking with other coach. I haven’t seen this behavior by a coach before today. Don’t choose Faith for your child’s lessons.

Waste of money and time . They just chit chat with kids and play with toys in the water they don’t teach swimming. When kids are in the water coaches keep chit chatting and giggling not paying attention to kids in the water.

We love coach Ellie! (and coach Seim when we book make-up classes.) We feel so welcome every time we come to swim class and love watching our son's skills and comfortability in the water progress.
