Update 12/29/23 - Car is still listed on their website for sale, still have not disclosed salvage title or other issues with it.Found a 2013 BMW 750li on Facebook listed by them. Car appeared really clean on the pictures they posted. I tracked down the listing on their website and saw more pictures, and vehicle looks pretty clean on there as well. I drove over an hour to come look at it, car had a few more cosmetic and mechanical issues than I could tell from the pictures, but I was willing to look past a good portion of them. When we got back from the test drive, Frank pulled the Carfax and stated that it was actually a salvage title. This was not listed on their Facebook ad, nor was it clearly listed on their website.I asked Frank how long they had the vehicle for, which he replied it was about a week, and they had bought it from the previous owner. He claims he was on vacation the previous week and was not told that it was a salvage title. There are only 2 people that work here, so I find that a little hard to believe.Upon further digging, I found that Frank flat out lied to me, and that they had the vehicle at their dealership for 110 days and counting, which means he and the owner had PLENTY of time to not only know it was a salvage title, but list it clearly on their ads. I did some more digging on their website, and the way they have their vehicle reports laid out, it is rather difficult to track down the carfax, which at that point I found it was listed as a salvage title. I believe they are being purposely misleading, as it was not clearly stated on any of their listings, their asking price is for market value with a clean title, and the fact that they lied to me about how long they have owned the vehicle, and claiming to not have been informed it was a salvage title.Being they only have 2 employees, there are 2 possible scenarios, either they are just grossly negligent and have no idea what they're doing, or they were being deceptive in the case of this vehicle in question.I will say, they were very accommodating for me, as I am a master technician and wanted to perform my own pre-purchase inspection. They allowed me to use their lift, poke and prod the vehicle to my liking, as well as do an extended road test. All of these are great things that any dealership should be more than happy to make accommodations for, but the main red flag for me was the fact that they lied to me about how long the vehicle was in their inventory, and were willfully deceptive on the status of the title.Proceed with caution if you're going to look at anything in their inventory, and PAY for a pre-purchase inspection from an independent mechanic. If it weren't for the salvage title and dishonesty, I was willing to look past the mechanical and cosmetic flaws and make them a cash offer on the vehicle.

My husband and I recently found out that the 2021 Ford Bronco Sport we purchased from Auto Drive in Murphy had been totaled twice before we bought it. This information was not disclosed to us when we purchased it, and the Bronco is unsafe to drive. My husband was in a minor accident recently and just needed to get some minor damages repaired, and two auto body shops refused to work on the car because of the previous damages on the vehicle. We got an insurance adjuster to come out to assess the damages on the Bronco, and he explained to my husband that the work that had been done previously on the car was very poor, and that the car was basically patched back together and was only being held together by glue. The insurance adjuster went on to explain that this vehicle should have never been on the road or even sold to us. The woman who rearended my husband had also been rearended. The insurance adjuster told my husband that if he would have been the car in the middle, he would have died because the back end of the car would have crumpled and fell off because of the poor repairs that had been made the vehicle prior to our purchase of it.My husband has contacted the dealership multiple times, and they won’t even answer his calls. I would not recommend doing business with this dealership.

Smoke and mirrors. Bought an SUV so I could have extra seats for my new babies. The very next day, check engine light comes on. They won’t replace the TPMS as they said they would. My remote start won’t work any more. Several electrical components not working. The headlights didn’t work as I bought this car during the day. Just sucks that they won’t hold up their end of the deal when they say they’ll sell you a solid vehicle. Don’t buy here

Saw some cars online I wanted to ask about, but after nearly a dozen (yes a dozen attempts) NOBODY answered the phone. An unreliable company if you cant even answer a telephone, why would anybody do business with someone who has no customer response, I've called had a family member call, sent an email through the web site with no reply, YOU LOST MY BUSINESS AND RECOMMENDATION.

DO NOT GO HERE! The guy who works here will cheat you horribly when buying a car from them. Worst deals ever and gave me a good deal when my dad was there(I’m a young female so I brought my dad to make sure I didn’t get screwed over), but when I came back to finalize everything basically tried to say stuff as if me being a female meany I didn’t know jack about cars. WAS NOT WORTH MY TIME AT ALL! Save yours and just go somewhere else. I’m surprised this place isn’t out of business with how they are. Greedy and cheap and do not care whatsoever! I promise you will find better deals anywhere else. Tried to tell me my car I was trying to trade in “wasn’t worth anything”. Complete lies. Went somewhere else and I’m glad I did! Got the car of my dreams.

DO NOT GO HERE! I bought a car from here and I had the car 24 hours and the transmission went out. I called them to see if they would help and it took 3 days before they finally sent the warranty information to me. The warranty company won't cover the repairs because its a pre-existing condition and they knew about it. Now they won't even answer the phone when I call. I'll be contacting am attorney

I bought a car from Frank the beginning of June. It was a great process - he was so friendly and helpful. I put some $ down and came back a week later to a freshly clean car. He even gave me a free oil change as i was leaving to come back to Kansas City. I will be back to buy another car there! Great Deal and Great Service at Auto Drive!

I had a good experience with Auto Drive. They took the time to answer my questions, they did not pressure me. I am enjoying my new truck.
