This bank manager has no idea what she's doing. I asked for a simple "proof of funds letter" to which she said "what's that?" Uhhh mostly used in the purchase of a big ticket items so the seller knows you're not wasting their time. How is it, you as a bank manager, has no idea what I'm talking about. Then, when I asked for just a statement printout, she tells me I have to make an appointment for more than 2 hours out...never visit this raggedy branch again...

I typically do all my banking online, but I was referred to go into a branch after I called the Mortgage department with a question about a Home Insurance premium I had been refunded since we moved to a different Ins company. Upon entering the branch and talking to the greeter, I was told to call the Mortgage line back. I explained my situation and said I just needed to know the correct amount to deposit in Escrow since the new Ins company premium was $1000 less than the previous company. The greeter brought a teller or Customer Service rep, named Olivia Jordan, to the front who approached me with a chip on her shoulder and gave me attitude out of nowhere. She assured me that there was nothing this branch could do to help me. Along with her, the branch manager came out. His demeanor was better and I asked him what I did to get such a rude interaction. He apologized for Olivia, but it's sad that customers are getting such poor quality service these days. It's as if Chase hasn't given their employees "Customer Service: 101". Looks like I'll continue to do my best to keep all my banking transactions online...Chase service at our neighborhood branch is terrible.

Every single time I have used the drive up the wait is at least 20 minutes... if not longer. I have no idea what takes the clerks so long... it is completely unbelievable. Every single lane moves super slow, there is always about three cars at each lane... Unfortunately there are things that cannot be done online or using the ATM. Once you get to the window and you think your wait is over, you still have to wait another 10 minutes. WTF.

The bank would not cash a payroll check employer wrote even though they say the funds are available. I'm glad I don't have a checking account with Chase or if have to deal with this garbage all the time.

Went in to deal with fraud on my account, they only had two people working the lobby, and of course only one of the two deals with it. No one in line ahead of me that was waiting, so I thought I'd be in and out pretty quick. Not the case, waited 45 min and still nothing. Told them to take my name off, I already wasted 45 min of my day. He asked, ate you sure, it will be just another 15 min. That means the guys he was helping, he had been helping for at least an hour. Either he is slow as a turtle with no regards to people's time of the customer had no regards for other people's time, in which the banker should have moved it along. Absolutely Ridiculous that they only have two people on a Friday afternoon to help customers.

I opened my account this location about five years ago, and to this day I have never had anything but the absolute best customer service. Brandon and Curtis are absolutely amazing and beyond helpful. This location has never failed to go above and completely beyond my expectations.
