Michael helped me out of a tight spot with a different branch's mess up. Chse hasn't been doing a very good job lately with customer service but I have to say the friendliness and help I received today actually gives me hope that staying with Chase is OK. So thank you Murphy branch!!

Went in to set up a business account for my car dealership and the process was smooth as butter thanks to Ann Park. She made the whole experience stress free and she was extremely informative. She will definitely be my go to liaison for any business needs with chase on the business side and I’m going to open a personal account because of her. I visited this location on 5-27-23.

Came in on a busy Saturday morning. Philip Pham was able to help us to open my son’s High School checking account. Philip was very helpful and very down to earth. The location is Murphy is flat horrible. There is an Asian PErsonal Banker who clearly does not want to work or help anyone. All she does is try to push everyone to call in. She is atrocious. She couldn’t spell customer service if she had to. Simply pathetic.

This bank manager has no idea what she's doing. I asked for a simple "proof of funds letter" to which she said "what's that?" Uhhh mostly used in the purchase of a big ticket items so the seller knows you're not wasting their time. How is it, you as a bank manager, has no idea what I'm talking about. Then, when I asked for just a statement printout, she tells me I have to make an appointment for more than 2 hours out...never visit this raggedy branch again...

No one will answer the phone. When you walk in the people in the cubes just stare at you. There's zero assistance. Just call the 800 number. There's a reason this branch has 2.4 stars.

No one bothers to answer the phones and I had to call the 800 number so they can call this branch to get a live person for me. They don't bother seeing people during noon-1 pm because they "need to eat, too", although that's when most working adults have time do banking-type errands. I get they have to eat, but they don't have flexible lunch times--like staggered lunch times among their staff so customers can get services they need? AND.. they could have been much more professional on the phone. I will be going to another branch.

Huge shoutout to Olivia Jordan! My wife and I came in here to set up a new personal account after our capital one location down the street was permanently closed down. She was honestly one of the most genuine, down to earth and hard working PEOPLE both my wife and I have ever had the privilege of working with.. she was so outstanding that I decided to open a business account with her as well! Which by the way she was more than happy to accommodate and even got us in and out in less than an hour. Thank you Chase for having amazing people such as Olivia representing your brand and thank you Olivia for taking such pride in what you do! ?

Currently waiting to see the branch manager. Came in to have my texas rent relief check cashed that's over the 2500$ limit. Got laughed at by the assistant manager, and receptionist. Got told Because I don't have an account they can't cash the chase check and don't know me so they won't override the 2500 limit. Again it's the texas rent relief check!!!! I've been waiting since July for this and now chase is telling me there not gonna cash it because I don't have account. Stay far far away from chase

I mostly bank online but needed to visit the branch for a medallion signature. The banker lady straight lied and said Chase doesn't offer that service. She wouldn't even see me, instead had the receptionist convey the misinformation to me. She didn't even recommend another branch. BofA down the road could only do it if I had a bank or invest acct with them, but at least recommended to see my current bank, which is Chase!!?? I called Chase at Firewheel and they set up an appt and I got it done in 30 mins. Disapponted in Chase in Murphy. If you must use them, I'd definitely avoid the banker lady who sits on the right.
