Had some issues with my jeep and the woman at the service desk was extremely professional and ensured all of my issues were addressed. When I picked up the vehicle my work was emailed an printed for me to loom over and I was given an itemized receipt showing everything that was done. Great service and work all around.
The next day when I noticed a strange noise I went back before work and it was addressed and fixed within 20 min. Highly recommend this shop.

My car had an intermittent problem starting. CBA Murphy staff worked hard to figure out the problem and didn't give up until they had it figured out. And it was a weird problem. They were great!

January 20, we brought our 2013 Toyota Avalon for inspection. I hit a pothole at night hard enough to blow out the front & rear tire on right side of vehicle. We made it clear that we had an open insurance claim for repairs & wanted a FULL undercarriage inspection for more damage. We were told it had no damage! We closed the claim. 7 months later, we are still having problems. It was taken to another shop for inspection and SEVERAL damages to the undercarriage were found. We’ve not hit anything else. I phoned and spoke to AXavier who suggested that we re-open the claim? What ?! They missed damage to the oil pan, damage to the subframe and we get “oh, sorry we missed that? A job we could have had insurance pay for is now our responsibility through the incompetence. We have trusted this shop for years. No longer!
Oh, and after the supposed owner reply? We are weeks later & DID NOT receive ANY CALL despite Marshall at the shop assuring us the own we WOULD CALL!!!!

Professional people, many of whom are veterans, really know their way around car repair. Trustworthy, finish on time as promised, give you the straight story of what is wrong and willing to show you. I will not go anywhere else and recommend them highly to friends and family.

Front staff is friendly. Unfortunately, that's the only positive for me.
- One of the techs from the garage started yelling at my wife in the parking lot as she was waiting for me
- Work was half completed. Truck never put back together - cabin filter and glove box left disassembled (see photos).
- The state inspection I paid for was never completed or reported. The shop asked me to bring it back in, but also couldn't provide an estimate for how long it would take (definitely more than a couple hours).
I ended up moving on from dealing with them, and going to a different shop to redo the inspection and to have my other items taken care of.
