This gym has everything I need as a working mom. Childcare, massage, sauna and steam room not to mention all of the equipment and classes. I do think the sauna and steam room should have more frequent maintenance/checks. Can we get an ice machine, lol.

The best part of the gym is not only the weight lifting, but the entire staff. Very accommodating and welcoming. They go out of their way to make sure I’m good and I am most appreciative of that! 🙏🏽

This is one of the most well ran gyms I have ever been too. JD the manager is a KEEPER! He runs a tight ship and has the love and care for the assignment that you can’t teach! I Highly recommend this place!
