“If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.
Chew Animal Clinic showed incredible compassion when my cat Banana suffered a traumatic injury. They treated him like their own and guided us through one of the hardest experiences of our lives. Their kindness, clear communication, and genuine care meant the world to me. I’m so grateful for the love they showed Banana—and for giving us hope when we needed it most.”
“Our heartfelt thanks to Dr Stephanie LaGrone and In-Sync Exotics Wildlife Rescue! We just returned home from one of the most memorable experiences of our lives - an overnight stay that included two tours throughout this beautiful wildlife rescue during which we were introduced to each tiger, lion, liger, serval, lemur and more.
The first tour was during their evening feeding, and it was fascinating. Dr LaGrone and her stellar team of volunteers shared details about each animal’s history and personality. The morning tour was similar and as enjoyable since some of the ‘residents’ were more morning types and gave us a warm welcome.
We camped out under the stars and a campfire, ate s’mores, slept in tents and visited with the other guests, as well.
Dr.LaGrone also sat with us during our meals and shared fascinating details about the history of In-Sync, meal prep for their animals and more!
We can’t describe enough good things about the experience and enthusiastically recommend it for folks of all ages. They offer tours in October and May of each year, so highly suggest that you get on their mailing list for details.
Definitely a must experience!”

“I had a great experience at the Hope Center. The class I attended, taught by June Hunt, was excellent. She communicated the material clearly and did a great job connecting it back to biblical principles in a way that was easy to understand and apply.
The facility itself is very nice, and everyone I interacted with was welcoming and kind. The coffee and cookies were a great touch as well. I also picked up a few books to continue growing in my walk with Christ.
I’m really looking forward to coming back for more classes.”
“Easy access and kind customer service. The individuals were very welcoming and gracious. They assisted with the delivery of our electrical fixtures. Great outlet to do good and know that your donations will make a lasting impact on someone's life. Worth a trip -”
“Roni is the best! She came to meet me and spent alot of time giving me awesome advice and networking ideas. She even personally connected me with contacts of businesses in my area to network with! She really cares about our community and helping everyone grow and be successful! Definitely worth the membership!!”
“Huge fan of the Plano Chamber of Commerce. Even if you don't reside in Plano, you can still join and enjoy the supportive community. As an entrepreneur (and immigrant) I didn't realize how helpful the Chamber can be for my business so I highly recommend it.”
“I love this place but the prices went up double to the point I might as well go to the store and buy it brand new. I’m just wondering why the price went like that and I was just there like three weeks ago and it was a really good price and when I went today, the prices was double some of them was triple”

“I was assigned the Toastmaster role of Planotalkers Toastmaster Club in Plano for 10-4-22- -- serving in these various roles have helped me so much with my leadership skills and facilitating meetings! Also the group is just plain fun and accepting- a great place to learn and grow!!”
“Stopped by with my donations & was my first time at this location. Rating 5 stars for the lady working at the center as she was very kind & graciously came to my car with a rolling cart. As for the man sitting behind the desk, he may want to explore other roles as customer service did not appear to be top of mind. Hope he's at least pleasant to his coworkers. ?”
“Wonderful staff and volunteers. Fast moving environment and it feels good to help. Very efficient process.
Please save your big Target or Kroger bags for them. They need them to package meat and deli for cluents in need.”
“Kim and Alicia truly made my visit special when I went in. They helped me out of the kindness of their hearts when I briefly mentioned how I am currently laid off and looking for a job. They helped me finding the perfect outfit for my next job interview and it truly just shows the world is such a beautiful place with people who treat you like family. Thank you so much to them I hope they are recognized for their service.”
“Hannah House consistently provided the best experience across the several years they've been serving us. We experienced as many as five of their supervisors and the quality of our experience was the same--incredibly high.
We've had two other supervisors across the years. I'll share more about the other two supervisors later in this review so you can appreciate Hannah House even more. Hard to find adequate supervisors for even the normal visitation. But this was a very complex situation with the ex-wife and her family and also with the emotional, physical, and mental issues the child was dealing with. Hannah House navigated all those due to their extensive experience, education, and ongoing professional development. Such as expertise in dealing with children with ADD.
Their procedures were so very professional. Yet they were so personable with the child and all family members involved in the visitation. All five we experienced helped make each visitation a very enjoyable and special time for all.
In addition, later in court, their credentials, vast experience, knowledge of family law, and professional procedures including copious and astute note taking of each visitation really paid off. They were perceived as extremely credible and presented the evidence that all was well and the need for supervision has been removed.
To give you an idea of what you could experience if you don't use Hannah House. I'll share about the other two supervisors we suffered through. One, (not Hannah House) only lasted a day due to the behavior from the ex-wife's family. Another (not Hannah House) was seemingly okay until we found that every time after we left, he said the child was disrespectful, etc. and we felt the poor boy was ganged up on by supervisor. Also, we found out later in court that supervisor had also been telling a totally different story to the ex-wife. He was telling us that he didn't see the need for supervision and asked why was there supervision, etc. quite a few times. He even left us alone for 30 minutes to an hour to eat or shop. He felt completely comfortable with the father and son being together alone. And he told us he had cleared this with the ex-wife. But he was hiding it from them and also told the ex-wife and family just the opposite of what he was telling us. He said the son felt unsafe around the father, etc. He did this all to keep the visitation going and keep getting paid. In court, this all came out and he crumbled under cross-examination.
All this to say, it can be a jungle out there. Make the right choice and use Hannah House!
Finally, I have no idea why there is even one bad review. I think someone got mad at them and then had all their friends write bad reviews. Some bad reviews were even about the wrong business--a nail care business. Don't believe them. Use Hannah House!”
