I just had the worst RACIST experience. I have come to this shop many times and paid via Zelle. I spent $96 and rightfully tipped. Wgen paying, I was asked to wait to get the owner on the phone to confirm payment, she never answered. I paid via Zelle...then with fear in their eyes, my picture was taken, my phone number was taken, and a picture of the confirmation was taken. I showed proof of the precious payments and that payment and was allowed to leave. I apologize for being Black. But Fear Not, I will never bring my Black existence to your shop again. I cried in the parking lot because of this experience. I work too hard and carry myself in a dignified manner to avoid this and it is still never enough to not experience unjust racism.

I came in today for my daughter 16th birthday. We come here often and always get the same thing just change up the color. Usually our full set cost about 55-60$ but today they charged us $95 each. That’s a big difference. I asked why when we always pay 55-60 she said cause color and shape. But it is the exact same style and shape. I get ombré the first picture is what I usually get the, second it what they gave me a solid color. I talked to Tiffany (the one in charge) she said that’s the price she can do anything about it. It’s cause the design and color. I feel taken advantage of and shocked. I just wanted to share because I’m so disappointed.

Gave me a bad ingrown toenail, made me bleed. Had to go to Dr. The owner isn't friendly or helpful. Snooty owner!

What i asked for vs what i got.. and on top of that they charged me $65??? PLUS i told the nail lady i was going to mexico and she asked me how come i wouldn’t get my nails done over there, that they probably didn’t do a good job nor had good products to do nails
RACIST MUCH? Never coming here again.

Cosmo Nails & spa left me with horrible nails. I left satisfied with my nails as they originally looked beautiful... however they did not even last me to the next morning. They started peeling off around the edges since the clear polish was pained over my cuticles. When I went back to get them fixed they painted over the chipped polish! Leaving it caked and I could still see the chipped polish underneath! This was NOT worth the $50. I do not care if this is regular polish. I understand it does not last as long as gel or dip but this is not an excuse for poor work or customer service! Regular polish should still at least last more than ONE NIGHT. I left fuming and unable to speak clearly to ask for a refund. I will never go back to this place. The quality is just horrible. Save your money , disappointment and time.

Maybe the best ever mani pedi! I chose the Deluxe Regular Manicure and Milk and Honey Pedicure and spent $120 with a 20% tip. Macy and Frank we both so very gentle and careful! They took their time with me ensuring my enjoyment. An elegant salon environment.

Came in for a fill, customer service wasn’t great from the time I sat down. Tech tried to convince me that I had dip powder before coming in (when I know I hadn’t). Just rude service overall. Disappointed that I even gave them my money. Definitely would never come back & definitely wouldn’t recommend.
