This was my first time using this pharmacy and what a great experience. Mr T the head of the pharmacy was so kind helpful and even found a coupon to bring my medication to a lower cost more than half the cost. I was so blessed and loved the service and assistance! Keep up the good hard work you all do! See the next time I need you!

I have tried to get Service from every single pharmacy truly every single Cvs Pharmacy have become the worst pharmacies I have ever dealt with. They literally need to be closed down. I cannot believe this truly the worst. I am so truly changing my Pharmacy as we speak.

The worst CVS I've ever been to. The pharmacy never has my prescriptions in stock, and won't order them until you come to pick up. Horrible communication skills, will tell you your prescriptions are ready over the phone regardless if they even have the medication in stock. This CVS forced me to use a mail in service for medication I needed for pre-op for a surgery.They have had the automated service call me to say my prescriptions ready and then when I get there they say they have no record of any prescriptions at all. Absolute joke.

It’s a pharmacy and yes, they might be overwhelmed sometimes and definitely understaffed, but never did I have any problems with them. People just need to learn to appreciate all the hard work and the fact that the pharmacists are still front line workers, when you come in for your Covid or flu medications.

I have never ever seen a worse customer service provider in my life. You cannot even finish a sentence when you call to tell them why you call them, they ask for DOB.. then you try to explain something and they tell you an idiotic story that should never happen, since i am taking the same medication for year and years....then i ask for someone else, because clearly she is incompetent, and instead of transferring me, she hangs up on me. I had to call back and make a fuss, just to make them understand what she did and how it needs to be fixed. Every freaking month. I dread, dread talking to them, but the app does not work with one prescription, which is the issue. I am afraid to change pharmacy because CVS in Wyllie is the same, but literally the worst customer service in the history of customer service.

Pharmacy staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure you had a great experience. I came to get the latest covid booster and the process was smooth. I initially was going to get the flu shot as well. I am uninsured and the girl behind the counter went out of her way to try and get me a discounted price for the shot. I declined it but I was impressed by their willingness to find me a good price. Everyone else was friendly as well as the gentleman who administered the booster shot. I will be returning. They certainly have my business now.

Don't bother calling the phone number to speak to someone in this location. Whatever option you select it'll still connect you to the hotline and not the local store. Can't spend 30 mins trying to just ask the pharmacy a quick question.

Unprofessional communications and most of the staff without experience. You need to close the store because this is not the right way to run business out there like that. I highly recommend DO NOT send your prescription to this pharmacy.

I had a wonderful experience with Kyran and Brittany. Normally I get my stuff, check out and leave but after my checkout I had great conversation and smiling faces. Great customer service.
