Their phone system is horrible. You have to answer half a down questions just to get sent to a voicemail and wait for a call back. Great customer service, CVS.

I hate the pharmacy at this CVS/ the most incompetent and unprofessional employees (pharmacist included )ever! Never can get anything right the first time! Always in a rush to get you off the phone. Always want you to switch lanes in drive through or come in if there is more than a 1 minute wait due to their error! I am switching and will not be back!

Shout out to the pharmacist. For some reason my doc couldn’t send 1 of the 3 prescriptions. The pharmacist prepared it in 5 minutes when I went to pick the other 2. You rock!

I left a bad review before but I completely taken it back bc this pharmacy fills my rxs on a very timely manner and goes above and beyond for me and I couldn't ask for a better pharmacist, especially the female pharmacist, I apologize for my past review I know now it wasn't your fault and you have served me right over and beyond for a year now, thank you and I'll always stay with this pharmacy team. Again thank u, still by far the best CVS I've ever had in 20cyeats of using them.

One of the worst pharmacies.Less helpful. There is one employee (on headscarf) who is literally racist/laughing at other muslims (probably coz we are from different ethnicity?). (Yes unfortunately intra-Muslim discrimination is a fact.)Other staff also less helpful and less courteous.They probably need some training.

I have never dealt with such a high level of disorganization and apathy. The follow up with communication is terrible and what little information is offered has frequently been incorrect! Not a good look and very disappointing- the service provided is too important to be this unprofessional.

I arrived to pickup my prescription, which wasn't ready because it was a solution they have to make, which I'm not upset about, however, I thought it completely unprofessional when the pharmacist reacted so negatively about having to make the solution. Her actual words were, "Why did this always happen on my shift?"Maybe she needs to find a new profession where she doesn't feel so put out by someone having a temporary ailment for which their doctor prescribed them something you have to actually make versus count pills into a bottle.

During the icy weather this week, my dr. called in a Rx for me at 9:50 a.m. I have Covid. By 10:30 I received a text from the pharmacy saying it was ready. My husband tried to get either of our cars out of our driveway, but it was impossible. The tires just kept spinning. Finally, we decided to call Uber. My husband was at the checkout at 1:32pm, and was told "we are closed for lunch". They normally close 1:30-2:00. He explained the problems he had getting there and that his Uber driver was waiting, I had covid, etc. The girl said "No, you will have to come back after 2pm." So my husband had to let the driver go and wait until they returned from lunch. They had the Rx ready to go at 10:30, all they had to do was take our payment. A mere few minutes, but No, they could not accommodate him. This is not the first bad experience we have had here, but it will be our last. This should be a no star rating, but you can't post without choosing at least one.

The address is very confusing. This is 3440 w. Fm 544. On the maps it says 750. I know it’s not their fault so I won’t dock too many stars but I think that CVS should get in touch with their digital marketing team to correct this. I often drive in circles when trying to pick up an RX at either locations because it will direct me to a totally random place. Hopefully this review will help anyone that gets confused as well! The store is generally clean and well stocked. The pharmacists and their techs are kind and always busy. I give them grace because I know it’s a tough job these days!!

It's unfortunate 2023 will likely be just like or worse than 2022 at the Murphy CVS Pharmacy. Unprofessional, and slow service. I called to ask about the status of a Rx and I reached a very rude and impatient individual. If you do not want to assist customers please do not take a job in a field like this! Walgreens is so much better with customers care, but unfortunately my insurance requires I use CVS. This Murphy location is not good and getting worse!!!Many fields and industries are still experiencing supply and staffing issues. However, these are NEVER a reason to treat your customers unprofessionally! Again, if you are not happy with your job, please consider another field so that the customers are not subjected to rudeness.

Angela was extremely impatient and rude. Initially, a different pharmacist took my Name and DOB at the window. When I asked if I could get behind the counter Sudafed as well, Angela asked me what kind of Sudafed I wanted, I hesitated because I wasn’t sure of my options as the Doctor didn’t advise. Before I could answer she quickly said, “I need it quickly, we close in 5 minutes.” She proceeded to quickly give me options without any care for my situation. She looked so annoyed, rushed and under a lot of pressure. I apologize, I didn’t realize they were closing in 5 minutes when I pulled up to the window but it’s definitely no excuse for the the shortness, impatience and poor customer service. Huge thank you however to the young lady who initially tried to help me. I appreciate you bringing your positivity to the situation.

Doctor called in my prescription. I came about four hours later they couldn’t find it then once they found it one script was very expensive the other was fine so we filled the one. Try to come back the next day to pick it up for them to tell me that they don’t have it at all and then I have to go to a different CVS. Was thinking about using this pharmacy for all of our future needs but now thinking twice about that
