About East Plano Murphy Pet Hospital
East Plano Murphy Pet Hospital is a locally owned veterinary clinic that receives consistent praise for its warm, welcoming, and caring staff. Clients describe experiences as perfect, with teams that are extremely kind, helpful, empathetic, and compassionate. The staff is accommodating, even for last-minute appointments, and makes both pets and owners feel immediately at ease and at home. A significant highlight is the unhurried, thorough service; veterinarians and technicians do not rush clients, ensure all questions are answered thoughtfully, and provide great advice. This is especially appreciated by first-time owners and overprotective pet parents.
The clinic is noted for its transparent and fair pricing, with costs clearly explained beforehand. Services include exams, vaccines, nail trims, and there is an on-site groomer. The practice is commended for handling reactive dogs calmly and for treating animals with exceptional care, building strong client confidence. The overall experience is frequently rated 10/10, with many clients stating they would return for the customer service alone and strongly recommend choosing this local business over corporate veterinary clinics.

All of the staff and the doctors here are so wonderful and my dog Ranger has always been taken great care of. He doesn’t mind coming to the vet at all because the people take special care of him. Definitely recommend.
