Very friendly people working there. I can tell the manager really works hard to make sure the employees take care of their customers. I usually ship large boxes and most times there is someone to open the door for me.

10/10 service. I back into the handicap spot, popped my trunk, was getting my daughter out of the back seat, and before I even got to my trunk there was an employee at my trunk ready to carry my heavy box for me with another employee holding the door open. Will always come back here!

I drop off packages a few times a week here, and everyone is friendly BUT the manager, Vicki. She always acts put out, rolls her eyes, huffs and puffs, and like everything is an inconvenience to her. I dread walking in when I see she is there. Wish there was a closer FedEx to me, so I didnāt have to be treated like a burden for spending my money at FedEx. Wish upper management would address her behavior. Iāve never encountered her being decent.

Terrible experience. Doing website maintenance during the day but working off and on. Seemed to be working again and then lost my whole project. Went into the store to print but my file size was too big and the only way to print is to email it. Staff unhelpful and unapologetic. Ended up leaving. Iāll take my business elsewhere from now on.

I have come here many times and the couple times I have come I have had a great experience. But it seems that when Vicki is there. I always have an issue. Vicki just looks for issues to create and is not friendly whatsoever. I suggest going to a better FedEx with much better service.

This place needs to work on customer service skills, especially Vicky. Rolling your eyes and being annoyed is not good customer service. Also this place needs to have a consistent process on shipping. I get told different things every time I come. I recommend a different fed ex so you donāt feel unwelcomed and you donāt get frustrated - Your patronage isnāt appreciated here.

The Store Manager was very helpful and courteous with her service. During my visit two āKarensā were giving their team hell.
One is basically asking them to edits on their order dimensions and saying that sheās in a rush, while she couldāve done those edits in her home.
The other Karen had a full service for her order (box, peanuts, tape, and label) and was very rude talking about how expensive it is to ship. Just box it at home next time.
I feel bad for this establishment that on a Saturday morning, theyāre getting those types of customers to start the day with.

I feel sorry for the team here because their manager is unprofessional and rude. Stormed out from the back like she was ready to pick a fight when I brought in a sample to discuss pricing compared to a previous order. Not the way to treat customers and definitely a quick way to lose them. At least her team members were kind and trying to offer me recommendations. I do not recommend this location.

My son and I were helped by Ojari to print out some personal documents. Not only was he patient, but was also attentive with us and made sure we knew all the printing options there were. Ojari does not disappoint when it comes to offering exceptional guest services!
