Visited Sat, Jan 13, 2024 @3:15PM. This has got to be one of the worst Leslie's around, and that's saying something considering Leslie's company reputation as a whole. Fortunately, the store on Spring Creek has some of the former store's One Stop customer service mentality. The people at the Murphy store can only think about how they CAN'T help you, NOT how they can to solve your problem. The guy couldn't even look up the correct DE filter when he insisted he could not help me without it...and then to add insult to injury, he says they don't have the extremely common part needed. Totally unprofessional, uncourteous, and useless staff. Never go here. If you must go to Leslie's, go to the one on Spring Creek.

They are rude and unprofessional at this location. I’m so tired of trying to purchase Yellow Out. Several times they tell me that the Green to Blue Is the same. It is not the same as the chemical compounds are different. Green to Blue has poly aluminum chloride. Yellow Out has Di-ammonium sulfate. Quit telling people the wrong information.

Todd and Robert have always been great and have treated me kindly on every visit. But recently they’ve hired a guy named Chris D. and oh my God what a horrible experience it was dealing with him. He’s loud, interruptive, won’t listen and just plain rubs me the wrong way. I went in to purchase $450 dollars worth of Jumbo Tabs, Chlor Brite, Clear Aid and Perfect Weekly but after dealing with this EXTREMELY RUDE individual I decided to drive straight on over to Poseidon Pool Supply in Plano and got everything that I needed with happy, friendly service at a lower price

Just had a lovely experience with Alex McKinney. He enjoys sticking it to the customer. I think it makes him feel good. I hate going to this store. Should just drive to 1-Stop Pool in Plano where they care about customers. I looked up Muriatic Acid on Leslie's website and it shows a 2-Gallon pack for $19.99. Alex only has the Blue Magic on the shelf at $12.49. I did not see that option on the Leslie website. He would not look at it on the Leslie webpage and said the Blue Magic is a different brand and therefor $2.49 more per gallon. But he does not have the Leslie brand in stock. Its so quiet in this store that you can tell you are imposing on their quiet time by shopping there. Previous Mgr. Chris was about the same personality. I just cringe when I have to go here. Almost like visiting with a Dentist, IRS agent, or Proctologists.

Rude interaction with associate after asking basic questions, I will just order from Sams club and amazon from now on. I live in Murphy spend tons of money here and wont be coming back, usually enjoy supporting locally owned businesses. Alexander M was the associate listed on my receipt.

It's so sad to see a reputable company name being represented by terrible staff. This guy, Alexander M...it's almost as if he wants this store to get shut down. So unprofessional, rude and short with customers. I've seen this behavior not only to me, but also to other customers while I've been in the store. I took my Polaris to the store to get checked out because it hasn't been running right. Leslie's offers this service...this guy didn't want to take it, then eventually reluctantly took it. I ended up going back to the store 15 mins later and asked for it back...I'd rather take it to someone who wants to help. I asked for the name of the GM since I wanted to file a complaint against this guy's terrible customer service...he (Alexander M) said he WAS the GM! Wow! He told me if I had a problem, to contact corporate. How Leslie's could put a guy like this in a position of authority...I have NO idea! This location will surely be shut down before long. No one wants to experience treatment like that...and from the rest of the reviews here on Yelp, I see I'm not the only one who feels this way.

I quit coming here a year ago. The staff is horrible. Had to make an emergency stop. Nothing changed. There is a better one in Lucas.

I drove half an hour to this location and called 20 minutes before Arriving several times with no answer. Arriving 5 minutes to close the doors are locked and lights are off and of course I tried calling again and still no answer. Super annoyed!!!
