The only people at this Lowe's that seem to know how to help anybody are the men that are over 50 years old, because the rest of them don't know how to deliver service worth a damn. They stare at you when you ask for help like they don't even know what the concept is. And if there's a mistake or issue, don't hold your breath waiting for an apology- b/c you won't get one! I asked one of the managers if they still have their employees take customer service training and he said they did, but he didn't seem to get it either given the emotionless look on his face.

Really bad service today in plumbing dept. The employee was very rude. Seems he had no time for me. To answer my question. This after spending 800.00 on a hot water heater.and 100.00 on cooper pipe and fittings. This was all today .

Went in the Murphy Lowe's to purchase a piece of lumber. I wanted to have it cut so I took it back to the saw. No associates to be found, so walked up to the front register. Spoke to the lady working on the computer and she said that she would call someone. Waited 10 minutes and no on showed. Walked up to the front again and asked the lady working the register, she said that she would call someone, I explained this was the second time asking. She did make a call over the store intercom but again no one showed. Waited an additional 10 minutes and then walked back to the front. I asked to speak to a manager, the manager said that a couple of guys in that section were loading up a customer. I asked if he had anyone else could help me and he replied those guys could. I walked out. Outside the couple of guys from that department were just sitting around doing nothing. You would think the manager would have offered to help.

was going to get paint, stood at the counter for 5 minutes before the staff even looked at me, the sales associate Lisa was very short with me, and looking at me as if she was annoyed when I asked prices of samples and how the paint match works. I understand they may have been busy but the rudeness could be felt.

Bathrooms were disgusting and when i asked a staff member for help getting toilet paper stocked in the bathroom they looked at me like i was an idiot and they just ignored me

I went in for a mailbox they had the one I needed I bought it. It would have been nice though if an associate would have asked me if I needed any help. I was looking at the mailboxes for at least 15 minutes and no hardware was included so then I had to go find the hardware to be able to mount it and still no one asked me if I needed assistance.

My outdoor kitchen water pipe busted due to the extreme winter we had. I called Roto-Rooter to come out. I had a time between 9am-1pm. They should up at 3pm. After assessing the issue, they provided me a quote of $575. I approved it and he said he needed a part and would be back. They came back about 45 mins later and than told me that the part wouldn't work. To make matters worst, he informed me that the initial price would now be $1074. I went to Lowe's and the plumbing technician guy "Austin" walked me through how to repair the issue. $50 dollars and 25 minutes later, my pipes were fixed.

Policy's and poor retail shopping design is not my first choice of stops. People are friendly and helpful as can be. Keeping this one can be for the elder crowd since the first 150 feet around the entrances is for a handicap parking convention or something. They must have 20 or more spots designated handicap which is great, but give an opportunity at a front spot to other drivers also, please.

If you are exchanging an item, be aware that you will need to wait in the customer service line twice. Once to have them tell you to go get your exchange item and again for the exchange. Not very organized

I came in today to find a screw for my dresser and I walked up to two guys. One was an older white guy jack and he was so rude told me he was helping somebody and I said I could wait he told me not to because it would take a while. When I came back around the corner jack was just staining there doing nothing! The other guy told me to get jack to help nobody wanted to. I finally ran into Bryan who came and took his time to help me and found what I needed.

Lowe's in my neighborhood is very impressive. The store is clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I need. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.excellent customer service.

Waited in the appliance section to buy a washer and dryer. Employee was helping another customer sonI waited. After 20 minutes employee asked if I was waiting for help and I said yes. He said OK wait a few minutes. 10 minutes later I went to customer service to see if they could place the order for me and apply my vet discount but they told me to go order online bring in receipt and they could then apply it. Heading to Home Depot to see if they want to sell a washer and dryer to me
