Did an online order. Go to drive thru, told park out front. Get a text saying good is ready, send my 14yr old inside to get and they question him like he's stealing food. 10 mins later my wife goes in. Get cold food without any sauce but added bonus of receipt paper in chow mien!! I expect some response from your management...

What was sad is it’s 1145 in the morning you had three or four workers one Cook and the manager PETE……. The poor young guy who was the cook he was hustling so hard, trying to make the food that people were requesting that wasn’t ready and the manager PETE just stood on the other side of the counter, and watched him and barked out orders of what he needed made when you should’ve been the one to go back there and help him being the manager PETE. You had Enough people to serve the counter and the drive-through window, and all you did was walk around with your hands behind your back like you’re the big man yes we get it but still it’s about teamwork and you did not help your team this morning. That’s what kills me about the so-called managers or whatever they’re supposed to be called…and I hope that Panda Express goes and views the video when you had enough staff you should’ve just went back there and helped him The manager supposed to be the one that’s well rounded in the establishment, the one who supposed to jump in when needed well PETE you failed …Sorry sorry sorry Manager lazy manager ?

I went earlier and the rice was overcooked. But the manager there replaced both meals with fresh rice and noodles for me!

Barely a full serving of food. When I asked why she kept taking food off of the plate she said they have to be careful with their portions. Also no longer offer military discount. Per new policies.

After I picked up the food I kept trying to find the nasty smell thinking i steped in something....it was the food. They need to be inspected.

I went thru the drive through and ordered my food. The lady at the window was the sweetest. I parked in the parking lot to eat. I found a hair in my food a straight black hair about 4 inches long. I immediately got sick and started throwing up. I pulled around to the window to tell them. The nice lady at the window took my food and gave me water. The manager, Raul, told me to come in. When I get inside, he asks if I took a picture. I told him no. Then he goes to look and says he can't find it. I told him it's on the piece of chicken that's on the fork. He finds the hair and tells me it looks like my hair. Which my hair isn't even the same length nor texture. I then got upset and told him no it's not mine just please give me a refund. He proceeded to say "I know how you people are!" I am a black woman, so of course I'm highly offended at this point. We exchanged words. He gave $11 back. Before I left I told him I have no reason to lie for $16 and to be a better person and manager because this was more than unprofessional. I won't ever be going back. Raul do better or get out of the service industry!

Had to wait for our order on the drive thru for a long time. While the food got ready, the drinks got watered down due to melted ice. The food SEEMED to be ok, but we received no silverware, so we had to wait longer to eat it and it got cold. No napkins or fortune cookies. Someone needs to make a checklist at the checkout window. That is not ok.

I came through last night and my order was missing items, cold and took over 20 minutes. I tried calling but no one picked up. I called this evening and spoke to Raul. He replaced the entire order for us, apologized, and went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied. While our experience last night was poor, the way he went above and beyond to fix the issue definitely means I’ll be coming back because I trust this store to make it right if something goes wrong.
