Debbie is the best employee! She has made the experience with Public Storage amazing. I would not be giving 5 stars had it not been for her exceptional customer service! As mentioned below the climate control is set to 82 degrees and they increase rent every half a year. Thank you, Debbie!!

I have had a storage unit at this location for about a year now and my 5 star review is only because of Debbie. She is seriously an above and beyond employee who is so kind, caring, hardworking and just an all around amazing person. I currently have 2 units and they are both “climate controlled” ….. at 82 degrees… that is not climate controlled, seems like the owners just want to save $ but yet always up the rent every 6 months. If I had to just review the location I would give it 2 stars due to the constant rent increase and the warm units are ridiculous. Only pros are 1 story facility and it’s always clean due to Debbie and because Debbie is here lol! I am giving my 5 stars just to Debbie as she is a fantastic woman and I so appreciate her for always being on top of things, willing to help whenever she can, and always having an uplifting aura!

Debbie is the reason I got this place after reading the Google reviews. I randomly got to meet her in person yesterday and she’s already showed me why she’s special to everyone who rents there. She helped me find and return stuff I didn’t even know I lost.
Very friendly and outgoing! She’s great!

Our favorite storage of all time (and we’ve had quite a few). Miss Debbie goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly and you can’t go wrong here. I always tell her I knew from day 1 from the voicemail she left me regarding our reserved unit that we made the right choice. Thank you!
