I have come to this Quest Diagnostics location many times and each time the experience is great.
Today though I had to write a review for Marlene the person who took my blood earlier today.
Very professional from the beginning to the very end. She asked and verified all the information, showed me all the labels and if they were accurate, etc...
And finally I think she is the best person who took blood from me. Amazing! I didn't feel almost anything.
Thank you Marlene and the rest of the stuff at Quest Diagnostics!

The system is not working properly. Even after the appointment there is lot of wait time. And walk-ins. Are treated very rudely

This is for the Murphy, TX location. Staff were flustered and seemed more put out than friendly. Collection room had fresh blood on the waiting chair! I doubt the patient chair had been wiped down between people otherwise they would have noticed the very obvious drops of blood on the chair next to it. Phlebotomist was rushed and did not take her time with my child, who later said it was the most painful blood test she has ever had. She immediately bruised up around the test spot. I do not recommend going to this location at all.

They are always nice and efficient there at the Murphy Quest Diagnostics and they do their best to accommodate everyone. Plus they smile. Makes a big difference. The place is always clean and it’s easy to get to. I go regularly ever two weeks. Will recommend this place to anyone needing a place like this. Thank you all for the wonderful service.

Had a very good experience. Quest Diagnostics emailed me when my provider ordered bloodwork. Was very simple to get an appointment and then to check in. I was seen on time. Magali did an amazing job. Was friendly and quick and she dealt with a difficult situation at the front desk with grace and kindness.

Don;t go here under any conditions. Horrible service. The foreign tech said she had no idea how to do my test. I think she just meant the paperwork. She was fiddling around with it for ten minutes.
But then another woman told me that they couldn't do my test because it was past 1 PM. That was news to me. It was 1:25. I told them my appointment was at 1 PM and it wasnt my fault that they were 25 minutes late. Then they said OK ,well do the test.
At that point, a third woman walked in and told the tech to call her boss to ask if she should do the test. I told them they were being ridiculous. The rude, busybody, third woman (who was not a boss) would not relent. By that time it was 1:45 and I walked out.

Never taken on time have evidence as to apt time , often treated rudely. Waiting room packed and phlebotomist in their office talking. Very frustrating!!

Well everything at the clinic went very well they were very nice and professional however when I made the appointment last week for yesterday the next day y'all took money out of my bank account without telling me you were going to and without my permission so when I asked him about it at the clinic yesterday when they did my blood work and stuff they told me that no money should have been taken out of my account that they did not do it but my bank account specifically says quest diagnostics took out $16.94 from my account I never ever told anyone they could take that money out of my account I don't owe y'all anything because my job paid for the lab work that I had done I even asked them at the clinic yesterday if I needed to pay anything and they told me no not one dime that my job was paying for it so I would really appreciate it if y'all could give me back my money because I did not owe that to y'all. I tried to call the 1-866 number that they gave me at the clinic to get it straightened out and the lady told me that she can't pull up my stuff for another 2 weeks to look at it to see why they took the money out. I don't understand that they were able to look up my account to take the money out of it so why can't they look it up to put it back I'm very very upset about this because I just had my account hacked a few weeks ago and I'm just now getting everything straightened out and then more money comes up out of my account that I did not approve so instead of making me go through all of the process of having to dispute the money being taken out would you please just return it thank you and have a very blessed day

My husband went to get his blood work done here and he never had complains but now i think theres a new girl and she doesnt know how to look for the vein because she hurt him like he has never been hurt before. New ladies need more training and PATIENCE!

I am giving a 5 star rating just because of the nurse who drew my blood. She was amazing! I have very tiny veins and usually people have an extremely hard time drawing my blood but she did it instantly, without multiple poking. Her name was Shaquice. I am always going to ask for her whenever I need my blood drawn. My faith was restored..
Shaquice has magical hands! A wonderful personality as well!
