We came a few weeks back for a kids haircut and had a great experience, so we came back but didn’t remember who we had the first time and went with whoever was available. Not only was this stylist rude and standoff-ish but she gave my son the worst cut he’s ever received. It’s majorly uneven in the front and looks like a mushroom cut in the back. Very disappointing especially since we had such a great experience the first time we came.

I took my son here for a regular haircut. He asked for a #7 on the side. They charged $5 for a design. This is the outcome. It came out backwards and look how thick they made it.
As a bonus, he lives with rashes from an allergic reaction from what they said it’s just desensitized oil. They even said it happens a lot to kids. Then why keep doing it?
We’ve been coming here for years. Never again.

Alyssa did an absolutely amazing job. I love coming to this location she always knocks it out of the park.even when the wait time is over 80 minutes she still manages to get to me before then and never fails to impress me.

Came in and stood at the counter for like 5 minutes and no one even acknowledged me or approached me. All the ladies cutting hair, simply unaware of their surroundings much less of who is coming in and out. Will never return.

I checked in online, walked into the place and typed my phone number to confirm that I was in store. The screen clearly showed that I was 1st in line for 1st available person however the next person decided to skip my name and go to the next person also waiting for 1st available person. No respect for the person and system. They just lost my business.

Just got a haircut, and the lady literally cut all my hair off. I could have just gone home and buzzed my head if I wanted it this short.
