(Espanol?) They have a lot of bad reviews, but our experience with Chelsea was stellar. She assisted us and another customer with several phones. He has expressed his gratitude/satisfaction with her service as well. She sweet phones up for him and for us. Made sure we understood and we're happy with what we were getting. Thank you, Chelsea!!The store picked up while we were there. The atmosphere was great. Everyone was welcomed by the staff. They're not "hanging around," they're busy. There's a lot of laughter and smiling going on with employees and customers.There is a longer wait, depending on the number of customers and what needs to be done. I'm not sure how the sign in works. A lady did get skipped, but she looked like she was part of another group, so understandable.Overall, it is better customer service than AT&T by far. Let's see how reception and plans go!They have many negative reviews. Our experience with Chelsea was stellar. She helped us and another customer with several phones. He also expressed his gratitude/satisfaction with their service. I don't know if she speaks Spanish, but... Ask about her- she's a very good person.The store was busy during our time there. They were all welcomed by the staff. There are no drivers, they are busy. There is a lot of jokes and smiles between employees and customers.Longer waits depending on the number of clients and the needs met. I'm not sure how the login works. He jumped a lady, but she seemed part of another group, so I understand.Overall, better customer service than AT&T by far. Let's see how the service and prices go.

I bought a new in a box Nokia x100 from T-Mobile store in Murphy. The gentleman said they don't have it in stock. Let me check. He said there's only one in the back storage of the store. I bought it. It's an inferior bad phone 1. After power it off it turns on itself. 2. It has had couple of black boxes on screen. 3. The volume turn down itself many times. 4. T-Mobile network continues experiencing drop call many things the area. What's an unfortunate experience

I bought my phone from this tmobile store about 2 months ago. The guy attending me didn't even set it up. He just got me the phone I chose, printed the receipt after I paid, and sent me home. I even asked if he was gonna connect it to make calls and all he said was "oh it'll do it on its own". I waited hours and nothing. My sister, who was never worked at T-Mobile, was the one that connected the SD card, transferred my files from my old phone, and helped me set up my phone. Also, while I was at the store the other employees were being annoying talking about some raffle and distracting the guy helping me. If they have that much time on their hands, maybe they could at least help with setting up a phone.

Highly considering leaving. Told the manager that my account was accessed multiple times by non authorized users at this location and asked to find out who or why this was happening. He said “that won’t be happening with me because I’m not going to get anyone in trouble”Huge security risk.Last thing I would expect a manager of a location to say in regards to a security issue!

I’m writing this from ATT store, thanks to Nadir and Chase Martin. These guys have the worst attitude and zero customer service. I hope they don’t represent all of TMobile, and if they do, I hope you haven’t invested in the company.

Had a great experience at this T-mobile location. Boris took awesome care of me, and explain any questions I had. He was patient, very helpful, and overall provided exceptional service. Will most definitely be returning back to this location again in the future.

Our family had 4 phones that needed to have the data transferred over along with fixing a few issues with two of the accounts. Osama went above and beyond to help us! It took a while to get everything updated and fixed but he made what could have been a really rough experience great. We were greeted upon entering the store and only had to wait less than 5 minutes. Thank you Osama for it such a smooth and enjoyable process for our family and putting with all our crazy requests!

I’m honestly appalled by how the lady manager of this location (on 06/24 at 7:30pm) handled my issue of being told information conflicting by two separate t-mobile stores. She was so incredibly unprofessional I left the store upset. The other employees (they were great) were left to deal with the aftermath of her attitude as she stormed to the back. I really want to entirely change carriers after this entire experience. I’m amazed she’s the manager over the other male employee that handled the situation correctly. Edit: I was an authorized user, so I don’t know why the manager’s response felt the need to bring that up.

Leaving 5 stars for Kenny (RAM) at this store. After several issues, he went way out of his way to help us get the right device - even driving to another store to pick up a phone so we wouldn't have to. T-Mobile needs more people like him. He was super helpful and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. Best mobile store experience we've had in a long time.

I was in the Murphy, TX store this afternoon. I had an exceptional experience with Allyson. She was extremely professional while being very personable. She helped with an upgrade of my phone and answered all of my questions. I will absolutely be returning to that store and I would highly recommend her.
