First visit. Eye brow threading was super quick. Resulted in a cut under eyebrow. It keeps bleeding even after 3 days. The cut deep and still visible. The person attending was in super rush to finish clients asap. Would not be returning.

I have been coming here for many years. They are always friendly and that has not changed however their quality of service definitely has.. I always get a full face threading with the same person and my last two visits I’ve had to come home and finish the job myself. I think it’s time to find a new place.

At first the service was good. They are still friendly. However, they hiked up the price so much. For Arm wax is $30, they are charging upper lipsand lower lips separately. It a rip off now. I won't go anything else other than eyebrows.

Rude, bad service, slow, started yelling at me and my mom and said that i shouldve checked in my mom aswell as me in the service, was very unclear in the checkin process and did a horrible job on my service.

Great place! My daughter paid $6 for threaded eyebrows. I paid $10 for waxed eyebrows. We waited about 5 minutes after signing in. The woman was friendly and professional and the shop was clean. This is definitely my new eyebrow place.

I have been coming to this salon for more than 5 years, and today's experience was so horrible I will not be returning. A lady was being serviced before me and she asked for tint on her eyebrows, the owner applied the tint and told the lady she would need to wait 10 minutes. During this waiting time I was called up for my service, just eyebrows. The owner took about 30-45 seconds to do my eyebrows, which is very quick. I checked in the mirror and there were hairs everywhere! I pointed out the areas that needed attention she quickly ran the thread and ran over to the lady with tint on her brows. She asked me while she was finishing up the other lady if I wanted lotion. The next person waiting for service was being called up by the gentleman at the register to come and sit in my chair. Owner wasted my time and money. She was trying to squeeze as many clients as she could with no regard of quality of service.

This was my first visit, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. After getting my eyebrows done, my eyelids were left bleeding. The lady seemed rushed and didn’t even do what I asked for. She simply finished quickly and told me to leave.

The lady was really rude and ruined the shape of my eyebrows. Looked like she was in a hurry to finish her job. The way she threaded was also very painful. I don’t think I’m gonna ever go back here again.

I tried Thread salon again after long time even though it is the closet salon for me. Too expensive. Charged me for whole face wax even though I only did eyebrow upper lip side burns and little on the neck. They charged me $25 for just that much service. I shouldn’t have went back. Regret it.
