Excellent store with great customer service. Staff was helpful, prices were reasonable, and everything was easy to find. Highly recommend! Specially sale representatives- Victor, he was very helpful and professional.

Be careful — this company is the biggest scam. employees has very terrible customer service; she almost tries to kick you out with any excuse. This company is really bad, so be careful, guys. The internet is very slow. They start you with the $65$ plan, but they give you very slow internet and write “unlimited” just to and it not unlimited and when I open my plan, my Internet is very slow all this just too push you to the $100 plan. Be careful, everyone.

I dont want to give them any star at all. Today I had horrible experience 11/26/25. I have been with verizon for over 20+ plus years. These 3 sales person who work there are really terrible. I went with in there at 1:30pm . There were no customers at except us. By the time all this situation happen and left there walking out at 5:30 pm with them not helping me finish up my activation nor lied to us about having a phone in stock. Wasted all my time. We should have not been there that long. We were told the phone was in stock then tell us it's not. They should have let us know if they don't want to sell us the phone or save for someone else. Instead making us sit there and wait, pretending to and trying to activate our other phone. And, to make us wait and then tell us the phone is out of stock. I understand there are other customers, but we were there before everyone started to arrive. We felt like we are being mistreated and racial profile. I call customers service an make a complaint about how they treat us. I had to order another phone from customers service on the phone. I hope these sales person get more training and better learn how to take care there customers. I am sure everyone have different experience, but this is my experience with these sales person. It shouldn't have happen this way.

Completely disrespectful. I waited for almost 2 and half hours no one bother to come and help us and instead they ignore and served other customer who came after me . All staff is useless and disrespectful. There is a black lady who seems like manager of store who literally ignored me and called other customer to serve. I plan to buy Verizon service as new customer now I will never become Verizon customer

Verizon has room for improvement when it comes to their plans and overall service, as the pricing can feel a bit high and the options aren’t always the best compared to other carriers. However, my mom loves Verizon, and that’s the main reason we continue to use it. One thing I do appreciate is that they have physical store locations, which makes it easy to get help in person when needed. Overall, solid provider but definitely could offer better plans.

Does not surprise me that the rating is low for this store. Just had the worst experience on oct 12th with assistance manager Nette Holmes.
She is argumentative and that’s ok because you can fix this with training; but what tipped it for me when store had only one customer and I asked if I can sit to wait for my turn on the high chairs in the middle. She said no and either you can walk or sit on a bench against the wall that is not comfortable.
Time to switch to ATT

We were greeted by Bobby G at the Verizon Murphy location , wife was not looking forward to doing an upgrade , Bobby did a great job in listening to our needs and showed us the options we had in completing the way overdue upgrade of my wife’s I Phone XR , Bobby is truly a asset to the Murphy location if you need a phone upgrade or assistance with your phone I highly recommend going to the Murphy location .

Love this location! Staff is almost always helpful and friendly. Today (May 3) Bobby did an excellent job in assisting me with my new iPhone purchase! Overall great service.
My brother has also purchased his iPhone at this location and was completely satisfied with their service and friendliness.

The representative provided false information by stating there is a 30 day free trial period for Verizon internet and also other perks. Turned in the purchased product which was never used nor open and was turned in within two weeks. The manager advised there will be a charged for the days I had the merchandise in my possession. I advised not to do business at this location.

They say “all on us”. Some may find that statement to be false advertising as I have. I’ve been a Verizon customer for 26 years and I have never been more frustrated with them than I am right now. I traded in my phone a year and a half ago. I was supposed to receive a free phone on them as they stay in the ad above. It was supposed to be applied in a monthly credit to my account. At first, that is what happened, I received the credit for a couple of months and then it disappeared again. When I called, they told me they never received my phone. When I provided proof multiple times, including an email and tracking number from UPS that it was delivered within one week of purchasing the new phone, to their docking station they agreed to credit my account. They credited me for the payments I had been making towards the phone and stated moving forward that I would receive a monthly credit towards the phone again. Well, that part has never happened. It’s been a year and a half, and after countless hours of making phone calls and sitting on hold, going to the store and talking to multiple managers, I just received my new bill and they are still not crediting me for the phone. I don’t know what’s happened to Customer Service at Verizon over the last couple years, but it has gotten to be awful compared to the past. Sadly, after 26 years, I’m strongly considering changing service companies. Please get your act together Verizon. If anyone from Verizon really reads this I would really appreciate some help in this matter. If there is anyone with a similar problem and a resolution to their issue, please let me know what you did. Thank you.
