I was frustrated with a phone issue, so I stopped by the store. I don’t often visit retailers because it’s traditionally not a good experience. That was NOT the case with Sarah Valdez! Sarah was amazing at her job, well educated in her craft and extremely pleasant to work with. I know business accounts often require extra steps to service. She was patient and refused to give up until she solved my issue! Thank you for kicking my day off right! If you go into this store, ask for Sarah, you won’t be disappointed!

Felt as though I was buying a used car, the salesperson didn't listen to needs and tried to upsell us on everything. Only found the right deal as we were leaving. When we were done she just threw the phones on the counter then she said "Oh yeah let me get you a bag". Never opened package to verify contents I assume cause we didn't "Pay" for setup. I will just do it online next time.

I’ve had horrible experiences with Verizon customer service at multiple locations and on the phone that have made me want to cancel my verizon account. I came to talk to Caitlin and she was wonderful and clearly explained everything that was going with my account. She should definitely be recognized as one of Verizon’s best employees, she saved a customer from switching.

Came into this store to get a new SIM card for my phone! Devin was super helpful and you can tell he wanted the customer’s best interest. He was very chill and helpful. We’re loyal Verizon customers!

Will NEVER go back to this location. Worst Verizon EVER. They thoroughly screwed up my account and corporate is having a difficult correcting how they managed to charge us over 1k for a month!! We had to deal with corporate to fix their screw-ups MULTIPLE times in the same transaction. Horrible location - BUYER BEWARE - BAIT AND SWITCH

This Muprhy location needs to be SHUT DOWN and everyone FIRED. They have thoroughly screwed up my phone account to where it went from 300 per month to over 1000 on a device buy out that was never agreed upon. Having to call corporate every month on this. They are trying to fix what this location did which was INCORRECT. We had over a month of issues with this location. WILL NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN. BUYER BEWARE - BAIT AND SWITCH

My wife took my son here to get a new phone. The plan was to upgrade from an iphone 11 to an iphone 14. Customer Service person transferred files over and told my wife that the phone was ready. On the way home, they discovered that the phone could not send / receive calls or texts. By this time the store was closed, so we called Verizon. After an hour in the store and an hour on the phone, it was determined that the activation would not be processed until after midnight. Next morning? No change. So my wife went back to the store and waisted another hour to be told that nothing could be done until Monday. My wife has now been on the phone with Verizon for another hour. So 4 hours wasted, $30 dollars paid to the store, and no working phone. My two older kids previously got new iphones and set them up by themselves with no problem. Yet the Verizon store and CS people together cannot make a fart in the wind.

No stars. Negative stars. Worst service. Do not go here if you actually need help and require assistance which we did. Verizon customer for 3years. Seriously considered switching carriers these "sales agents" were so bad. Rude. Basically insulted us again and again. Pathetic. They get paid to treat you horribly.

Went to this Verizon store to take advantage of the promotional deal to upgrade Samsung phone with trade-in. Come to find out afterwards that the phone that we handed to them was NOT turned into the warehouse and that we have been paying FULL price for the new phone. We have tried on several occasions after getting information from Verizon Customer Service to get a PROMO CORRECTION FORM completed to rectify this mistake and to no avail. We have been getting the run around at this store. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE TO THIS STORE FOR A TRADE-IN. IT MAY NOT GET CREDITED TO YOUR ACCOUNT!!!

Came in on a Tuesday at 11:15. Waited 30 minutes before deciding to leave. It seemed to be only 2 workers and I suppose they were assisting other customers. It would have been nice to receive a simple acknowledgement and possibly update me on a wait time.

We didn't have an appointment and were helped immediately when we walked in. Nazir took excellent care of us. He answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable with our new phone purchase.
