Don't count on getting your prescription the same day your doctor submits it nor any refill requests made. They never seem to have any medications in stock and there's always a few days minimum before it is available.

I know Walgreens gets a bad wrap but this Walgreens is the absolute best. The staff and pharmacists are wonderful. Emily and Rana are so kind and helpful. Not one negative thing to say.

I never leave bad reviews on retail stores. Customer service is hard. But this people are just constantly terrible. I wanted to like this location because it is strictly just pharmacy, and it has a drive-thru. But techs there are mean, condescending, and today one told me to Google an active ingredient myself! And her tone! Never again.

Just left from picking up a prescription. I went inside because I have a hard time hearing through the window. Immediately I was not made to feel welcome. A couple girls gave me a few faces and then someone finally came to help me. The cashier was not very pleasant and made it seem like I was interrupting all of them. I apologized and just kept my head down. next time I’ll go through the drive thru in hopes of being addressed properly.

If you plan to get your flu and covid shots done do not get them here. I made an appointment to have both done. Came in, the tech said he wanted to put one in each arm. I did not want this as I only wanted one arm to hurt an per the Walgreens TV commercial I should be able to get both on one arm. He said that he has to space them 1 inch apart and doesn't want to screw it up. His actual words. I asked for a different tech then. I don't have small shoulders and there is plenty of space. He refused and said no tech there would comply with my request. Last year I had no issue getting both done in one arm from a pharmacist. Guess the techs are just not qualified enough to be giving immunizations if they are worried about screwing up. But I would definitely avoid this location for any immunizations. And just in case Walgreens does respond, I have had all my Covid shots done by them, that's a total of 5, and my last 4 flu shots. Different locales. Rockwall @ Goliad is the best.

This is literally the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. I work 2 jobs so during the week they are always closed on my lunch break so I can only come on the weekend also when I’m working but more flexible . I was told I had till 6 pm to pick up a prescription I show up at 4:15 and they had put it back at 4pm since it was filled on Monday. Then another med I was picking up I’ve been on before they required a pharmacist consult. I said I’m an RN I don’t need a consult I have no questions,
she said it’s required but she’s busy so I’d have to wait another 10 minutes. Last time they did this to me a pharmacist was available (regarding a medication I’ve been on for 30 years) and she says do you have any questions I said nope and she said ok. That’s not even a consult lol, it’s laughable. So when I said I have no questions about this med she was like well you can only talk to the pharmacist then walked away. This place is a joke.

Been going to different Walgreens for about 20 years. This is by far the best pharmacy of any type I have worked with! They literally protected my life by getting my medications right! Thank you guys!

The pharmacist Rana has a big problem with the LGBTQ community. Treating people like trash. Also seems like other race as well. Only supports her own race it seems like. Never support a place that is supposed to care about all patients but treats certain people like trash.

I would get zero Stars if I could but unfortunately one is as low as I can go. This place is horrible. You pull up tell him who you are they say okay then turn right around and ask you for everything that you just gave them. Today they messed up my medication I called talked to a lady to inform her that medication I got was wrong and instead of saying okay we'll get that reorder can you bring it back she goes well we need to see it to verify. I said well the label says it's supposed to be this and when I opened it this was in there I need this other medication desperately. So until I bring it back as far as they're concerned they haven't made a mistak then she hung up on me. They are SO rude! When the Walgreens was in the old building they were great never any problems helpful nice friendly. Now that they've moved to the new spot in the strip mall they don't carry anything in stock they're rude they're unhelpful and unfriendly. Needless to say I'll be trying to find somewhere else

People are friendly and willing to help. I walked in on a Friday morning to pickup prescriptions and also asked if they had time for me to get flu and covid vaccines. They took care of me right away.

I contacted HR at the Walgreens,After getting my medicine there for two years, and they seem to have new people with rude attitudes, they don’t treat you with respect. And I felt judged picking up my medication.I will never go to that store again. And the Asian lady “DR” should be fired immediately for refusing my medication.
