If I could give this pharmacy zero stars, I would! Possibly the worst place to pick up prescriptions ever. On two occasions my husband has gone to pick up something about a half an hour before closing, and found the lights completely off with the door open. It was only when he called out that somebody came from the back and flipped on the lights. I waited two weeks on a prescription - that they had to order even though I get this prescription every 90 days - and was finally called to tell me that it was ready to pick up. When I went to pick it up, they said, “Oh we don’t have it in yet.” I asked why then, did they call, and the guy told me, “I have no idea but it’s not here.”Unbelievable! Even though my insurance insists on Walgreens, I will be driving 15 minutes rather than deal with this place again.

Worse ever ...Very slow, and poor service. I do feel the employees are very overworked.My latest compliant... I call in a prescription on Monday. I expect to be able to pick it up the next day. I arrived the next evening to pick up my prescription. They say it won't be ready for a couple of days. Then I explain that I need it today because I'm leaving out of town. They check the computer and say oh it is here we can get that to you in 10 minutes!!!! What!?! If it was delayed why on earth was I not informed? If it is actually in the store, why on Earth is my prescription not filled on time???

This place was terribly managed. We came for our 3rd Covid Pfizer Booster and had an appointment and everything. We came on time for our Booster but had to wait in line which was understandable. Then, when it came time to get our Booster, we were helped by a Pharmacist trainee who incorrectly typed in our insurance card and told us that the insurance could not be ran for the booster because it was "medical." This made no sense to our group composed of a clinical pharmacist, a retail pharmacist, and a physician. They told us that they would not give us the Covid Booster and made us leave, only to call us back an hour later to tell us that "they were able to run it through." By that time, we were already at another Walgreen that actually put our information in correctly and gave us the Booster. This whole ordeal was a huge waste of time, and we are hugely disappointment at our service.

I was a bit worried by all the negative review heading in for appointment but I showed up at 12:45 for a 12:45 appointment. And received my vaccine shot at 1:00. The staff were all professional and I had no complaints.

I went to this place to get my booster COVID-19 vaccine, and the staff was not friendly and professional. There were 3 or 4 people inside but took forever to come and talk to two people waiting for them. I felt as they don’t care about customer service. They finally reused to give me the shot for a reason another Walgreen location didn’t.

I had bad experience with both my COVID doses, Please plan your trip atleast for 1.5hours to get vaccine each time.Staff is very slow to gather all the information needed at once.I hope they improve the process to make this quicker..-I’m giving one star as i had same experience for my second dose as well.

The most incompetent staff. I have ever dealt with. I came to pickup a Rx called in over 24hrs ago. Brainiacs don't have it ready. They shorted my wife 10 pills and had to review the tapes. Oh, we are wrong, here are your pills. What a upstanding place.

Worst experience for both of my COVID shots. Took insanely long even when I was the only one there. All they do is talk inappropriately to one other and goof off. Played a game of trying to throw things in the trash. Super unprofessional and in no rush to help a customer.

Worst Walgreens ever. I had 4 refills left of my medication. They screwed the order up so bad that they removed all of my refills and were so incompetent, that they said that they needed to contact my doctor even though it was a new prescription for a years worth of my medication and they clearly have NO idea what they are doing to make their customer jump through hoops after they screw up. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!

The staff at this Walgreens is incredibly friendly and professional. We recently switched to this location from the CVS down the street which had awful customer service. I've been really happy with my experience here!

Photo - I availed 2 copies of passport size photos - It was done in 10 mins but it cost $16 with taxes. It was a bit expensive for 2 photos. The service was good and timely.

Yesterday, I was here to have photo for my son at 8:35 PM, the person said its closed, when it supposed to be closed at 9:00 PM. In rude manner she asked me to drive 4 signals away to another wallgreen. I requested that I am with my son and its more exposure to COVID to visit another wallgreen, that made no difference. Why do people hire lazy people, who does not want to work during work hours. After this incidence, person was just roaming in store as if there is no work.

This is the same walgreens year I've used since 2002. I love the associates and the store products. It's generally a pretty festive store but I do not recommend the pharmacy at all.

Pick up drive through prescription is a challenge. You have to keep 30 mins waiting line in the car every time you come. Customer service is so poor. It’s better to drive to another pharmacy and get medicine refill.
