I want to publicly thank Lulu Ye, Wells Fargo Advisor, for her outstanding customer service in helping me resolve an issue with an account that I've had for quite a while. She spent over an hour on the phone trying to help me resolve this issue. Her positive and pleasant attitude was so refreshing.

Wells Fargo Murphy shouldn't even be receiving 1 star. Their shitty customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. Not to mention, excuses of "they don't have updated systems", their bankers doing math incorrect (it's literally their JOB), refusal of providing me with any compromise and they absolutely stare through you when you speak. They will do anything besides help their customer and their job. Manager is also never available to speak to. WORST BANK AND BRANCH EVER.

I don't check my account much because I have a separate account and I checked and it was over 400$ negative... how do you explain this, I never use that card, I wish I just would've went with another bank in the beginning, Wells Fargo has to be top 3 worst for me, seriously get a account somewhere else

Very rude and not able to help me when I needed. I had to go to the Plano location to be helped. Try to talk to the manager and wasn't available. The supervisor was even more rude and unhelpful. I will make a report about this location.

I hate going into a banks lobby as much as I do going to the dentist. Perfect point, as a customer I went in to get a simple notary done today at 2 PM in the afternoon and there was one person working in the lobby. I don't get why people think their time is more valuable than customers but sitting around and waiting and wasting my time was not on my agenda today.I went down to UPS and spent six dollars. I probably still saved 30 minutes of my time, which is more valuable than six dollars I spent. It just pisses me off there's not better customer service around anymore. Customers time is irrelevant to service providers

Efficient, friendly employees make this a branch I enjoy visiting. I have used their notary services and talked with a banker there a few times. Appreciate the service and attention to detail. They smile. You can see it in their eyes. (They wear masks.)

This particular location has two drive up ATM machines. They on numerous occasions can’t take deposits nor can they print receipts. The receipts aren’t a big deal, as I don’t usually want one. Deposits, however, require you to return or find another branch. This seems to be a trend with this location.

Incompetence is not a crime when you attempt to make up for it by working extra hard or show extra effort. Sadly, this location has one too many incompetent yet snotty/unfriendly employees that ultimately forced our switch to another bank. My mother was a loyal Wachovia customer for more than 30 years and I for over 15 years (Wachovia became Wells Fargo a few years ago) so naturally we transitioned into Wells Fargo customers. The service and attitude of employees at this location are COMPLETELY different from what we're used to with former Wachovia employees, who were nice, courteous, and professional. This includes tellers, management, and customer associates. I had one teller who rolled her eyes at me and cut me off constantly mid sentence when I was trying to find out some information for my mother. A customer service associate got mad at me for not proactively contacting Wells Fargo to update my cell phone number (I got a new phone and updating my number with Wells Fargo was NOT on my priority list) so she was unable to contact me via phone when there were some confusion regarding the set up of my retirement acct. These are just 2 examples out a number of unpleasant experiences. I tried communicating my dissatisfaction with a manger-type individual and she completely brushed me off and acted like a lost of my business was no biggie at all. So after decades of banking with Wachovia, we sadly shut our accounts with Wells Fargo and moved on to another institution that actually appreciates our business and warrants our respect. All the while lamenting, why Wachovia, why did you have to become Wells Fargo?!!

9 yrs and very satisfied!!! I've only noticed a few times when the ATM's broken but anytime I deal with folks in this or any branch as well as number for customer service its always been professional and they never sound like their reading from a script........ Not to mention having their call center here in the USA where everyone speaks English. WOW, what a great concept!!!! :) (Wish they bought my mortgage from D.R.Horton homes instead of Nationstar mortgage!!!!!!

Bust out ATM!! The ATM has been broken done atleast 4 times in the last 6 months. A constant problem! Some of the time it doesn't work at all. Most of the time it won't accept deposits. Buy a new machine!! What a hassle! Employees inside might be fine but the ATM is the devil!
