Slowest bank ever!! 5 people in line, 1 teller working out front, 2 standing in back pretending to help drive through customers. There is no one in the drive through.

Terrible customer service. There is no one to help you with your account unless you have an appointment which takes days to get. On top of that the way the employees speak to customers is rude and disrespectful. I will have to start going to another branch or maybe switch banks at this point.

*Update* When we were finally helped by the banker in the middle of helping us he picked up his cell phone, shook his head and started texting. We were literally in the middle of signing documents when he did this. This is a perfect example of how this Wells Fargo location treats it’s customers! Leaves them waiting and when they finally are getting help, the staff stops helping them to text*Terrible customer service! Tried calling this location for a week and a half and they never answered the phone. Went in to change something on our account and was told by Chassidy, who said she was the branch manager, that they couldn’t help me because they didn’t have any open appointments for the next 13 days. When I told her I tried scheduling one but there seemed to be a glitch on the website so I tried calling for the last week and a half she told me they don’t answer the phones cause they’re too short staffed. She even went on to say she wasn’t suppose to be here today cause of an injury to her foot and they were just too busy to answer the phone. She told me to drive to another city and try there if I wanted help before the 25th. After I complained Chassidy said we could wait for a banker but she didn’t know if he could help us, so we’re sitting in the lobby now and there is no other customers in here except us and the two people with the banker. So why can’t the so called manager help us? There’s literally no other customers in here and she disappeared from the teller line pretty quick after the last customer left. A teller is literally standing at the the teller line with her hands folded staring at her computer. This isn’t the first time we’ve had terrible customer service at this location! This is literally the worst bank I have ever used! They give Wells Fargo a bad name!

Rude staff who were unhelpful. I had a check that was signed over to me to cash. I have never been told that the person who signed it over had to be present, much less also present their two forms of ID. Then they tried saying I didn’t have an account when I told the teller I did multiple times, I just forgot my bank card so I was using a credit card as my second form of ID. Then they said they were going to keep the check. This is all after also never getting greeted in the drive thru and I had to go in.

Horrible experience. No help from customer service. They don't care about their customers. Taking my personal and business accounts to a credit union that takes care of their members. I would not recommend this bank or branch, take your money elsewhere.

Wells Fargo Murphy shouldn't even be receiving 1 star. Their shitty customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. Not to mention, excuses of "they don't have updated systems", their bankers doing math incorrect (it's literally their JOB), refusal of providing me with any compromise and they absolutely stare through you when you speak. They will do anything besides help their customer and their job. Manager is also never available to speak to. WORST BANK AND BRANCH EVER.

Claudia Rodriguez is Awesome very Swift enlightening kind. And experienced in her products. She open my associates and my account in a matter hours that could of took all day especially for the types of services we where asking for I recommend her first she makes the Murphy branch Complete I just got introduced today I loved every moment thanks again Claudia !!

Charged me again for fraud that cleared. 9 times calling and each time apologize and say they will fix it and never do. Manager puts me on hold then hang-up everytime

I don't check my account much because I have a separate account and I checked and it was over 400$ negative... how do you explain this, I never use that card, I wish I just would've went with another bank in the beginning, Wells Fargo has to be top 3 worst for me, seriously get a account somewhere else

My son, who is active duty military, went to get a checking account there today and they were rude and turned him away. Will never be going back to Wells Fargo again!
