Check your order peeps! More than once this location has shorted us on fries. Sucks when you pay for a large, it says Large on the receipt, yet they deliver a medium. Shows a lack of attention on their part. Get it right whata-people!

They are slow as hell if you get there after 12 noon, if I usually go at normal lunch time for me would be at 1130 am but if u go after noon hopefully you have a long lunch!

Just left this place after waiting 25 minutes for my food and watching person after person recieve their orders within minutes. They came out to the lobby to give a guy his food, that ordered after us. I loudly asking "did you forget about us?" And suddenly our food was ready. What a joke.

A clean, light and bright favorite gathering place students youth and many couple love to dine in pickup to go. Fast food fast service at rush hours. Corporate unique design and management. Open lobby and dinning room with drive through. Visible location in front of many businesses and food stores. Full easy access parking. Favorite after party lovers.

Probably the worst Whataburger I've been too. I don't know they take so long. It's almost a 30 minute wait with only 1 person ahead of me. It's insane! Once I was stuck in line for an hour, and end up leaving.

ordered a kids grilled cheese with a large fry. received a cheeseburger with pickles and mustard and a small fry. (i’m allergic to pickles.)

A good Whataburger compared to some in the area. Quick, clean, nice people, consistent menu. In and out quickly and no issues with parking or the surrounding neighborhood. The drive through process took about 3 minutes total.

No problems living here for 19 years. All of sudden, a worker decided to quite literally throw the food through the window, and an entire large fries spilled in the car. And as he's walking away after the fact the fries spilled, he says "oh be careful" sarcastically; doing nothing to accommodate the mistake, and says with attitude and sarcasm again "you're welcome". We were already waiting in line for awhile so we just decided to leave and not want to wait for another large fries. Then another lady working the night shift throws the food into our window again...

I have been going to this Whataburger since I moved to the area in 2012. Had always been fresh and delicious and the orders were almost always perfectly correct with additions/subtractions until the last year or so. Over the last year, almost always have at least one or two burgers made incorrectly or missing completely. Tonight though has reached the last straw. As I am driving away from the curbside pick-up area, the guy that brought my food out came sprinting out of the restaurant and jumped in front of my car. He tells me that there is extra food in my bag that was for another order. Now, the only reason someone would do this is because they plan on TAKING BACK THE FOOD THEY GAVE TO ONE CUSTOMER AND GIVING IT TO ANOTHER! Who does this? I am not disappointed that I lost out on free food, but I am horrified that they would re-serve food given to someone else. This has to be a health code violation of some sort. I love Whataburger, but I definitely will not be going back to this location again.

If I could give 0 stars, I would!!! This is the fourth time,at least, that something is wrong with our order. The shenanigans started about 2 months ago. One of The Times we ordered our drinks were absolutely terrible. They were all carbonation. There was no syrup in them at all. The next time we didn't get our order at all. Last time on a fifty dollar order everything was incredibly disgusting.... On this one, I actually contacted the store and online support to get a refund for the entire meal because it was so Terrible. After a very long time on the phone explaining what happened to 2 or three different people... I was assured we would be getting a full refund back to my husband's account back to the card that was used. And I even made sure that they knew which card was used. A couple of days later, my husband got seven thousand points on his waterburger app instead of money back to his card like it was supposed to be. My husband's a nice guy, he doesn't say anything about it. We ordered some more food this morning.... Part of my order is missing.... And I failed to mention the last time that we ordered breakfast. My entire large coffee was in the bottom of the bag not in the cup...... So this morning we have a partial order yet again..... I'm so irritated i'm just gonna go to mcdonald's. It's pretty sad when the whataBurger directly across the street from my house cannot get it together to even do a refund properLY. I'm highly disappointed in the service that we have received over the past several years. And really don't know what else to do besides not go back. I really honestly think the most thing that i'm upset about is the fact that we were lied to that we would be getting money back to my husband's card and it was refunded in points..... We don't wanna go back. Why would the hell would we want points
