I had a great experience touring thanks to Kayley, the leasing agent. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. Her helpfulness made the process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend working with her if you're considering 3220 Apartments!

This place is affordable, pleasant and and convenient if you ask me. The staff are great and get right on top of issues with out a bunch of talk. And the residents here have all been kind and friendly with me as well. Great place to live

THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE EVER !! See the pictures of roach, fly, & gnat infestations. The bug sticky pad caught 26 bugs in ONE HOUR. 4 months I've been living with this mass amount of gross bugs. It has given respiratory infection, skin infections. The management has still not addressed the issue.. unbelievable. It took them 2 months to fix my non-working AC unit & dishwasher. The pool is closed more than half the time. RUN, don't walk away from the thought of living in this dump.

Worst place ever. Management was wonderful when I moved in, but when it switched companies things went down hill fast. The roach infestation was out of hand, and management was extremely unprofessional. The managers husband (who I don’t believe was an employee, at least at the time) took pictures on his personal cell phone of residents (many of whom were college aged girls like myself) in the name of “figuring out which dogs weren’t being picked up after”. He also confronted my boyfriend saying that he didn’t pick up after my dog after he watched her squat (fun fact - girl dogs squat to pee) and yelled at him in the parking lot. Like I said, I don’t think he was an employee, not sure if that makes this better or worse considering he acted and was treated like an employee. The leasing office attempted to charge me for things that I had requested maintenance to fix throughout my stay there when I moved out. At that time there was another manager there who informed her that that was not okay, and that anything I had requested to be fixed was not my responsibility to pay for. I was never contacted about any withstanding charges on my account, as I believed that that was the end of it. They had all of my information in the case that there was anything I needed to pay after moving out, but I was never contacted until this year, 2 years after I’ve moved out, by debt collections. Literally collections. To top it off, my name was spelled wrong on the info provided by the complex.
In conclusion, the apartments are disgusting and roach infested (according to other reviews this hasn’t changed), maintenance requests were rarely completed, and the management is shady and unprofessional. I wouldn’t advise anyone to live here, and wish I had saved myself the trouble and gone with another option.

I love this place. I’m so very sorry for the terrible email but I thought I was answering another company that tried to send me unsolicited junk.

I tried to rent here directly after renting an apartment for my 1st 2 years back here from Ricky Jones. The apartment that i lived in was in the antique house across from Walgreens. The one behind the Fire station right near to 3220 apartments...(that was sold and torn down for the new H20 Tea shop and the new washateria) on Austin St.I just moved back to my hometown of Nacogdoches. After escaping an abusive ex in Louisiana 17 years.I've had the same landscaping and flower bedding job since I moved back here.Working for both the retired high-school teacher of 35 years here in Nacogdoches and his beautiful wife whom also is ex head administration for SFA.I've been back here in since March of 2020 whenever a world pandemic robbed this world of our people and our peace. All of this being Facts...I was refused rental for lack of proof of both rental history or income.I'm very concerned about the humanity in my hometown whenever those facts cant be considered enough, for a hard working survivor such as myself.Yet, there have been drug dealers being busted left and tight there since. Since a friend of mine did get to rent there and has chosen to move because of THESE FACTS.

I am enjoying my apartment very much. The location is great. The side I’m on the view is excellent. My neighbor’s are wonderful. Couldn’t ask for better! My view from my balcony is beautiful grass and trees. A mini forest :) I love itI see others complain about the roaches. It took me about a week and I’m roach free. I know a secret :) apartment living does not mean you have to live with roaches. That’s a myth. Complaint eradication is possible. Also, others complain about the WIFI. It does take about a month to get it but with a really excellent router I have no buffering while streaming even during high traffic times.Any and all problems I have had they have fixed in a reasonable time. When I moved in of course the apartment needed to be cleaned. That’s to be expected. They wouldn’t clean it to my specs anyway. But it wasn’t bad at all. I honestly expected worse. Also, this is no longer a “bad” part of town. Mostly family and college students. They are very animal friendly. But they do expect you to clean up after your animal which I really appreciate! No surprises on my very expensive nursing shoes :)They also have a great dog park where your furry friend can run free and don’t forget the pool. Can’t wait to use it. You can do laundry anytime. Like I said I really love it here.
