Usually I have no problem here, the morning crew are amazing! But tonight was horrible!! I don’t know who that man was but he was incredibly rude. Me and my partner specifically went to go get Slurpees and he was mopping the store. It was nowhere near closing time and he refused to let us walk around the store to get anything. When we left he blocked off the entrance so no customers could get in.

This place has the rudest person running it. Angela Van Zandt is the rudest and most disrespectful woman in Nacogdoches. She constantly disrespects her costumers as well as threatening her employees that she will fire them. Please remove her from this location because it's making 7 Eleven look really bad and unprofessional.

False advertising, definitely got to let the BBB know:) Also customer service is nonexistent, and the cashier was more than fine with me standing waiting on her, just to put cash money on the pump. There was not a soul in front of me.

I had to argue for the deal posted in the cooler where the product was stocked as well as in the 7/11 rewards app. There’s no need to over charge customers and for the general manager to catch an attitude when asked for a refund for the difference is unacceptable. I only take it this far to review because she was general manager, she knows better than to over charge when the price is clearly posted on the product and in the app. Do better, pretend to care.
