The sales lady had such a positive and friendly vibe.
She appeared as if she enjoyed what she was doing. The Nacogdoches Tx. Store is fortunate to have her employed. She sold me what I needed and did not try to oversell me.

I went in to get a new phone was met at the door by a very sweet young lady. She was very helpful in helping me with the phone I wanted. I'm very pleased with the service..and happy with the phone she recommended!!

I was put on a prepaid phone plan thanks to my dear ex husband who was court ordered to pay my phone bill. So he switched me over to prepaid while he switched to another company on a plan. Well sadly I have a good friend who made a bad mistake and ended up in the texas prison system. I can't get my phone registered even though I've had it for about two years because I can never get a proper receipt . I've been trying for over a year !

Having disappeared into oblivion in an understaffed AT&T store in another city a day earlier, I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted, listened attentively to, and promptly served by Zachary B at the Nacogdoches AT&T store! I explained what I needed and that I would like to save some money if possible. He did exactly what I needed, saved me over half the value of my new phone, and had me on my way in about half an hour!

they get no stars , they swiped my card and it took my money . then the mexican “manger” and tall black man tells me that since the receipt didn’t print that it was cancelled . phone still off after a week of calling and going to the website trying to pay . see y’all soon ? ? ?

U sign in and then ur name is called and someone will help you ....I was waiting patiently but employees kept helping people walking in,until I got up and said something but they still helped the other person who cut line in front of me,I am( American Hispanic)?? and I felt racist profiling was going on their ...never going back , I don't recommend att&t to anyone??
