U sign in and then ur name is called and someone will help you ....I was waiting patiently but employees kept helping people walking in,until I got up and said something but they still helped the other person who cut line in front of me,I am( American Hispanic)?? and I felt racist profiling was going on their ...never going back , I don't recommend att&t to anyone??

Wesley Lewis delivered excellent customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable & very proficient at upgrading my current android phone as well as signing me up for ATT Fiber internet at my home. Wesley explained everything & was quick to respond to all my questions. I left both happy & relieved that all was taken care of in a relatively short time span. Great experience because of great customer service! Allcom ATT store in Nacogdoches, Tx is where to go for ALL your ATT products & services.

We went into the store in Nacogdoches Texas and an associate by the name of Selena Garcia provided us with excellent customer service. Everyone there was super friendly and welcoming. Now days when everything is done online, it’s hard to find excellent customer service. Kudos to the associates at the AT&T store in Nacogdoches.

The sales Rep Wes in store ! Don’t believe anything he tell you! Wes told me my bill cycle due date would change to the 22nd of each month and all line could be paid separate. When it came time for AT&T to honor what Wes said he denied the conversion and even helping me in store. Very poor customer service. I think the team need to retrain on the services and product they sale.

Store stated that they could move one line over to another ATT account while keeping the phone credits. Stated that my son would just need to sign to take responsibility of the line. He did that and then hours later after still being in the store, representative states that he made a mistake and now the line that was to be moved has to be paid in full $850 and no credits will be recieved as promised. Representative also states that if you don't want to pay the $850, then just add as many tablets and accessories as you want and take them home and then cancel the account tomorrow and keep all the devices and never pay Att. The representative stated that is what he would do. My son is 22 and he basically told him to steal and take a hit on his credit.

Normally a good experience, with an occasional hiccup but we are all human. As long as the issues can be resolved I'll keep my acct of 16yrs with ATT.

They were a great help especially getting me off that ridiculous data plan I had to unlimited & got a new phone 14+ plus a great rebate on my 8+ which was in perfect condition
