“Switched from one of the big 4 banks. I was tired of not having a branch where I could go in. I love having the convenience of a local bank, and they are all very nice.My only complaint is the savings rates. I left my savings account open with my other bank because I get close to 5%. The savings rates at commercial don’t come close to competing with some of the larger big name banks. If y’all ever have more competitive rates, I’ll be moving all of my business over.Thank you for always being so nice and helpful. Nothing beats a small bank.I was close to opening an account with East Texas Professional Credit Union, but when I walked in, the teller didn’t bother to acknowledge me, and when I asked a question, she seemed like I annoyed her. I am so glad I immediately walked out and went across the road to Commercial Bank.”
