Worst!! AC sucked! The manager or owner decided to come over and yell at us about a gate to the pool that was open when we did nothing to it. We just walked through it. Then came over to proceed to “fix it” (bolt is shut) and still blame us with it. Then told us that we could not have company that it is only for guest but was told at check in we can have 2 people each person with us at the pool since it’s a holiday weekend. I would not recommend this place no longer. Have stayed here so often when coming into town to see family and now being blamed for something we did not do, would not recommend. Fridge was gross. Towels sucked! Worst location with construction. But to top it off was the pool incident. Go some where else for the cost or a little more. I have stayed at so many Best Western all over Texas and have never been treated like this before. I would not mind not collecting point just to stay some where else.

Nice and clean! Most definitely will be my new go to spot in Nac! It was quiet...no sketchy people hanging around. And no loud workers coming in and out like the other local hotels. The only downside is that there aren't any elevators if that is an issue for you.

We had a pleasant stay at this Best Western. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the parking lot was well-kept. The only downside was breakfast—when I went down around 7:30, it still wasn’t fully set out, even though it’s supposed to start at 6. However, my husband went down after 8 and everything was available by then. Overall, a good stay with just a minor hiccup.

This place has freaking bed bugs. A college trip turned into a battle with the bed sheets. I was in room 206. So many bites. My family in the other room 106 has no bites but our room so many. We now have to go home and completely wash all of our stuff and check our suitcases.
Housing is expensive but its worth it. Theres plenty other places to stay.

Not a bad facility for the price if you’re just looking for a place to lay your head. Beds/pillows were comfortable while the air and tv worked as they should (can’t say that for everywhere). The sink was super low (hit my thigh and I’m only 5’11”) so it wasn’t the most convenient for people who might have trouble leaning over. I had lots of problems with my keys both morning and evening, but the staff was friendly and accommodating by replacing the keycards both times. The nice night staff lady did say the owner was considering replacing the keys and the locks so I’m assuming it has become a common problem. Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast. Overall, some minor inconveniences made for a four star review, but I would stay here again.

Room was extra large with comfortable king bed. Couch Desk Fridge Microwave. Free hot breakfast. Outdoor pool. Quiet. Service was fine.

Needed a last minute place to stay. Comfortable beds, I left my backpack/laptop. They called me twice to make sure I knew it was there.

So, we came to Nacogdoches Texas this weekend and it was for my son because he finally graduated high school and we took him to Camp Tonkawa in Garrison, Texas. We wanted to treat him to a good weekend and we wanted to stay in a hotel for the whole weekend and even though we arrived really late Friday night / Saturday morning, it has been extremely pleasant. The rooms are immaculate. Mark was an awesome overnight desk clerk. The woman who was working the desk today and checked on people in The breakfast area was really personable and kind. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms are amazing. The water pressure was phenomenal for a hotel room. 10 out of 10 recommend. I would definitely be staying here again. It's not every day that I would leave a five-star review for just an average motel but this place you could tell people take pride in it and it's quiet and it's not full of drama and trash. So thank you to all of the employees here who made our stay wonderful. I am staying in / state in room 226 and I was very pleased with everything about this motel/hotel.
Rooms: The rooms are spacious and has a lot of things that are needed. The TVs are pretty decently sized and I cannot rave enough about the water pressure.
Walkability: It was very clean outside and the walkways were safe and free of debris and trash.
Food & drinks: The food here was breakfast food and it was a hot breakfast. It was very very good. They did have snacks you could buy at the front desk if you wanted to.

The employees were very rude to us because a couple complained that we were too many(we were only 5 in the pool). We were very disappointed, we always stayed there but we are never staying there again.

Tired after 400 miles on my bike so I basically pulled in because it was the first easy access on my side of the road. I thought Best Western from the 1950's, this could not be good. I was completely wrong. It was tastefully updated with modern decor. Clean, immaculate and no sign of wear and tear. If you don't mind an exterior entry you will not be disappointed with this hotel.
