I called Nacogdoches Boot Barn to ask about some FR clothing for my husband. Naomi is the associate that answered and she was so pleasant, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable.

During our recent visit, the store manager at this location began yelling at me and the people I was with in an unprofessional and aggressive manner. We were simply shopping and did nothing to warrant such treatment. The manager’s behavior was loud, confrontational, and created an uncomfortable atmosphere for us and other customers in the store.
In an effort to understand store policy and resolve the situation calmly, we called the manager at the Lufkin location. She was extremely pleasant, professional, and helpful — a stark contrast to the treatment we received in Nacogdoches. Her respectful approach is exactly how customers should be treated.
This experience left us disappointed and frustrated, especially considering that we were trying to support your business. I hope this issue is taken seriously and handled appropriately to prevent future incidents.

Some of the worst service, that I have experienced. The staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than assisting customers. I spent 45 minutes in the store looking for a specific size and type of boot and was prepared to buy the boots and several other FR items. I had to stand and wait while they finished their conversation before getting "pointed" in the right direction. I decided that I would spend my hard earned money elsewhere. I won't go back.

Don't ever waste your time here, on top of having some of the laziest employees I've ever been around the manager will inform you it's your fault. Also don't let your girls around the blonde one with a beard. He constantly harassed my girls and they're 12 and under. When I told the manager she only said she didn't understand what I was saying.

Ordered online, picked up in store. The ladies who were working were super sweet. I can't remember the managers name, but she said to ask for the red-headed manager. She was awesome.
